I liked the issue overall, but Marvel needs to end the practice of relaunching a title with the SAME writer just because they're addicted to those #1 issue sale spikes. It is really fucking annoying and beyond idiotic. Tom Brevoort needs to retire in my opinion as he's had far more misses than hits in the last ten years. North's FF, for me however, has been an exception because at least the team's Silver Age roots were made apparent whereas I can't tell what the fuck Brevoort's goal with X-Men is right now or has been with Avengers.

I found the story interesting enough but Corey Smith's faces at times looked about as bad as Esad Ribic's.

The Waid and Alan Davis stories are fine but Wheeler's story was pretty uninspired imo.

She Hulk didn't really need to be there but for a tie in issue it's pretty solid and I'm glad it showed that there were at least some repercussions to Blood Hunt.

Spectacular ending

Oh Mole Man how I missed thee. Cummings' art is fine but I wish his line work was a tad sharper. Another fun, low stakes issue overall with some great character work for Ben and Alicia's kids.

A relatively low stakes plot but I really liked the duel narration from Reed and Johnny here. North's humor on FF has been a lot better than it was on Squirrel Girl in my opinion.

I thought this issue was going to be pure cringe (Johnny falls in love with and alien hahahaheee derp) but it ultimately reminded me of The City on the Edge of Forever from Star Trek and that can't be a bad thing.

A fun story where Esad Ribic continues to master the art of making women ugly.

Tepid art from Capullo and middling story from Hickman IMO

I'm not the biggest fan of North's (overly silly) style of humor but he actually manages to get a few chuckles out of me here. Overall I really appreciate North's science fiction approach with this title.

Some solid character work and art, but I wish there was a bit more going on plot wise. I've seen Johnny and Ben squabble enough over the years that I didn't need to see it become the focus of an entire issue.

Wasn't super impressed with how quickly and easily everything was resolved at the end, but at least the twist made sense I had a lot of fun with the overall concept as a big fan of noir films.

Another cool story seeing the FF use their powers in new ways. Plus some new lore to Franklin's powers.

I like it but I don't recommend spending an extra 3 dollars just for an additional reprint of a Lee/Kirby issue.

Always a sucker for an FF vs Kang story. I really enjoyed the art from Gomez and hope he sticks around a while.

While I thought the beginning was kind of annoying, I found myself having a lot of fun by the end. I actually did something I believed I'd never be able to do with the last panel, laugh when North was trying to be funny.

There are some interesting ideas here, as well as some cool uses of Reed, Sue, and Johnny's powers, but North really needs to work on his dialogue. The technobable between Reed and Passi made me not even want to finish the issue. Still, some pretty good art from Fiorelli to help salvage the comic.

Miracle Man isn't my favorite villain (or anyone else's), but it was really nice to see Ben using his brains. Great art from Coello once again.

Good job DC. Tim Board didn't even like this.

Yeeeesh, oh how It sucks being a Hawk fan these days. I just love how Kendra gets sidelined by Axelrod's OC in her own book. The art is very uninspired as well.

A little too weird, even for me. Sorry.

Enough Ram V on Detective Comics please.

I really enjoyed the Lee/Kirby vibes of this. A Silver Age throwback is always appreciated.

Warren's dialogue is kind of wonky, but I thought it was a fun story overall.

Really damn good for a fill in. Kesel deserved his own FF run.
