    Comic Watch - J.A. Fludd

Before we take our leave of Marvel 2-in-One until the Annual, it bears mentioning how good it is to have Jim Cheung back as penciler. Not that Valerio Schiti wasn't doing a good job, and not that Schiti wasn't developing well as the artist of this mag, but this great saga started with Cheung's art and it's good to have him on board for the wrap-up. MARVEL TWO-IN-ONE #6 by Chip Zdarsky and Jim Cheung is a fantastic ending to the book's first arc. It's got exciting action and on-point characterization. It's clear Zdarsky truly loves these characters. Cheung's art makes this a legendary issue. Don't miss it. Read Full Review

Marvel Two-in-One has been able to shatter my cynicism and fly beyond my expectations of the title. This may be the best issue of the series yet, and I was thinking that about the last installment too. This is just a great read, and I hope its able to maintain this level of quality going forward, even as the Fantastic Four finally returns. Marvel Two-in-One #6 comes highly recommended. Give it a read. Read Full Review

On Comics Ground - Dwight Thomas Jr

This series has been great so far for Fantastic 4 fans waiting on their next fix. It's been great seeing the crew back together even if half of them aren't their original selves. We also get to see other characters who they routinely see like Silver Surfer and others. I recommend this series for any and everyone. Long time fans and new ones considering jumping in now. Word Of The Nerd - Brent Jackson

I may have small hang-ups here and there about this series but all in all it is consistently fun and engaging. Chip Zdarsky continues to balance the action/adventure, mystery, and comedy well, keeping the reader interested and on the edge of their seat. The art is wonderful as well; changeup in artists can be bad but when they are all talented it is all good! Read Full Review

This story did a great job of capturing that science fiction family feel of the Fantastic Four. It was a thrill to read with plenty of fun and surprises. It has some of the strongest art you will find in the pages of Marvel. I would definitely recommend it. This is especially so if you are missing the Fantastic family. Read Full Review

While it's not quite over, this series has delivered a truly excellent prelude to the return of the Fantastic Four, capturing the magic of Marvel's first superhero series with only half of the team intact. Read Full Review

Welcome to the Oblivion Bar where the first round is on me and the pretzels are free! Be warned: like the pickled eggs at the bar, this issue is going to get SPOILED rotten. So, it feels like it's been awhile but in case you forget, Ben and Johnny went across the multiverse looking for Reed, Susan, and the kids. Now, Ben "thinks" they're dead but didn't have the heart to tell Johnny that. So, with the help of Rachna, there new "brain", they traveled to a universe where Doom took over as Galactus and devoured the universe (except for Earth) in order to find their Reed and Suzie. In this universe, Reed is a depressed mess, Ben Grimm was dead, Johnny was in a hospital bed for some reason, and Susan doesn't even talk to Reed anymore. When more

It's been so long but it's finally here. Zdarsky and Cheung delivered an incredible finale to this incredible story,, and I am so excited about what's to come next. This is the best Marvel book at the moment, and everyone's missing out not reading it.

I thought this was going to be the last issue of this miniseries, but instead it was just the last issue of the first arc. Anyways, this issue was so great. It is full of jaw dropping moments and had action from the start till the end. The pace was good as well. Not to forget, Valerio Schiti did a good job on the art for a few issues, but it is great to have Jim Cheung back, he has done a wonderful job with the art in this issue!! There were some panels where the art just gives you difficulties in looking away from it. Chip Zdarsky too have done a great job with the script, along with Walden Wong who did a phenomenal job on the colouring!! Overall, an action packed issue with great script, colours and art.

It's the big finish for the Doomlactus AU, and the creators peg the needle on bigness. Epic action with superb "Time Runs Out" visuals, important lessons for the Infamous Iron Doom, and a couple all-time great "Holy ˜ ˜ ˜ ˜ !" surprises. The only hesitation is in the tone of the ending, which seems to fall short of its full potential for meaning because our heroes are leaving this AU behind.

This is a really great issue of what has been an unexpectedly great series. The adventures of the Fantastic Four, not our FF, but an alternate universe Reed and Sue...and Doom. This is a book with big, crazy ideas, and it a lot of fun to read. And, Jim Cheung returns to do the art, and remind everyone he is one the best artists in the industry. It's a great looking book.
