Wilson gives Wonder Woman the warmth and passion that she so richly deserves in one of the biggest combat sequences shes ever been a part of. Marys adventures continue in Shazam!...which is written by Mark Waid. Lazarus Planet: Revenge of the Gods #4. So, we reach the end. The Lazarus Planet saga draws to close with the finale to Revenge of the Gods. It's had it's highlights, and it's low points, but overall the event has been a brilliant retooling of the DCU. Like way too many Wonder Woman stories since Greg Rucka and Nicola Scott departed the title, Wonder Woman has lacked consistency with the creative teams and suffered through one middling event after another. Maybe Tom King can get this flagship character back on track to a meaningful level again as Revenge of the Gods was another forgettable non-moment in a series filled with them. Read Full Review
