i did not really have any connections to Rick Veitch's run because I haven't read it. So when I read this, this was very confusing. I think I am going to hold off on reading this series until I read Rick Veitch's run on Swamp Thing
Swamp Thing 1989 #1
Over three decades since the controversy and cancellation, Rick Veitch's legendary lost issues are completed! After a renowned two year run on the series, Veitch's grand finale to Swamp Thing was cut short, and never to see print! Whispers and leaks hinted at the epic untold saga for years. Now, for the first time, that final story is told! As Swam...
For a full understanding, you'll need to read Alan Moore's Swamp Thing, through to Veitch. If you do that, this book is nothing less than a 10.
sorry for the late comment. But no, I don't. That's why I plan on re-reading Alan Moore's Swamp Thing, then finish this series
Infernal Hulk #8
Earth's Mightiest Heroes reunite to stop Infernal Hulk, leading them deep within the Earth where they find an ancient weapon that could save humanity from another Age of Monsters. But is even a god-slaying weapon enough to stop Infernal Hulk? Featuring the return of SKAAR!

No / One #10
Series Finale. As the pieces fall into place for a final confrontation with a killer, Ben and Julia find themselves closer to the story than ever before-and the man under the mask is revealed. NO/ONE is a Massive-Verse series.
Absolute Superman continues to be my favorite series coming out of the DC Absolute Universe. Jason Aaron and Rafa SAndoval are knocking itout of the park with these issues
Absolute Superman #20
It’s Superman versus King Shazam versus Hawkman versus [REDACTED] in the greatest battle the Absolute Universe has ever seen! But who is their mystery challenger?
Ultimate Endgame to me is a story that could have been so much more. This Ultimate Marvel Universe had so much promise. If I am just judging by this series and Ultimate Universe Finale, I just felt that the story was confusing with all the mumbo jumbo, the pacing is all over the place, and I'm sorry. But the art was not good to look at. I really didn't care for all these characters, I didn't care more
Ultimate Endgame #5
THE END OF THE LINE! The universe hangs by a thread as our weary heroes face their final, crushing challenge: the ultimate, cataclysmic showdown with The Maker! Everything they have fought for, everything they believe in, will be tested in this pulse-pounding, oversized final issue. There are no more retreats, no more second chances.
i can't believe I'm saying this, but this was the best issue of the series for me. It took almost 35 issues, but here we are.
Wonder Woman #34
Diana and Steve’s bittersweet reunion is cut short by the Matriarch and her plans to destroy Wonder Woman. Can Trinity save her parents and the world? You won’t want to miss the riveting conclusion of “The Wonder War” Act One!

Can one man, eve...
Green Lantern #36
What’s it like running into your ex-girlfriend, who is also a superhero and happens to be the daughter of Earth’s Green Lantern, after a few years? Well, why don’t you come along and find out as Jade returns to help, and Kyle investigates a series of murders involving several fast-food joints all around L.A.!
While reading this, I just can't ignore this feeling. Of feeling nothing. This screams whatever to me and it's hard to enjoy anything this offers. No one is surprised it ends with an ass-pull deus ex machina because the first 4 issues did nothing to buildup to a resolution.
I don't know what happened with Campz. His Ultimates run was so good until this started.
Also Ultimate

I want to ask from your perspective, what makes Marvel Ultimate Universe so dissapointing from your end? For me, I get how everything needs to end, but the entire series don't really have engaging main characters because it switches and talks about background characters first
It's just feels so rushed. Everything set up ending now feels so sudden and all the buildup they did for 2 years feels mostly pointless. Ultimate Wolverine did nothing in this. Ultimate Potential-Man is the biggest disappointment I have read since Spencer run ended. And how this ends is just non-sense. And the monthly skips really did this universe no justice.
so far I have been really enjoying Greg Rucka's Batman. I like how this is just small one-off issues and it's not tied into a huge over-arching story that takes 50 issues. It's unrelated, nad it's designed so that people. can just pick up this issue and not get lost. But Greg Rucka really understands Batman, and how underneath his dark gloomy gruff personality he's a compassionate and kind person
Detective Comics #757
Batman engages in a high-speed chase with a band of murderous gangland thugs while a family lies helpless at the bottom of Gotham Harbor. Can Batman defeat the brazen criminals and follow the clues to their innocent victims?
Justice League Unlimited #19
As the Leaguers struggle on Earth to fulfill the impossible missions mandated by the Heart of Apokolips and control the villains given amnesty, the space-faring JLU members come face-to-face with Brainiac Queen—back from the pages of Absolute Power and deadlier than ever!
Justice League Unlimited #20
Lex Luthor and the Dark Knight are the heart of the mystery surrounding Brainiac Queen’s return, and a surprising connection between the two men is driving a wedge into the JLU. Meanwhile, the mission to shepherd the JLU’s power repository from the Watchtower to Oa goes awry, and you’ll never believe that it was all Guy Gardner’s fault. Well, I mea...
Thisi s my first time reading Greg Rucka's Batman run. Let's see how this goes. So far, compared to 2026 Batman, it's refreshing to see a grounded street level Batman solving a mystery.
Detective Comics #742
A new year finds a violent murder leading Batman to the discovery of organized-crime elements attempting to create a power base in the new Gotham. Meanwhile, Commissioner James Gordon is still reeling from his personal losses.
Detective Comics #743
"Evolution" part 1! Batman and the GCPD go to war with the crime families attempting to seize control of the city. Also, who is Whisper A'Daire? And why are she and the assassin known only as Abbot threatening to cripple Gotham and bring the Dark Knight to his knees?
Detective Comics #744
Batman has his hands full as Whisper A'Daire's interventions ignite the war among Gotham's crime families. Who will pay for the Dark Knight's failure when events spin out of control? "Evolution" part 2.
This was a really good issue. I like seeing Dick Grayson use his detective skills, yes he isn't as smart as Time Drake or Bruce Wayne, but he also is not a meat head. The art and story are also very engaging and interesting
Nightwing #139
A new prosecutor is determined to hold Nightwing accountable for his alleged crimes, challenging Blüdhaven’s once beloved hero to turn himself in to the police. As long-buried bodies surface beneath the city’s highway, Dick Grayson must confront the cost of his choices and decide whether saving Blüdhaven means finally facing the law.
