The comic, in my favorite part, also features a follow-up to Captain Marvel's help of space-going dinosaurs when a dino-lawyer drops by with plenty of paperwork for the hero to deal with. This might be everything you want in a Shazam book for the second issue. Some stuff answered, other problems arise, Billy further loses control of his actions and you see the horrors of BUREAUCRATIC DINOSAURS! Oh the horror! Its a great blend of of comedy and action. Something older individuals can enjoy but also something you can read to your kids. Art by Mora is amazing as always. Strong recommend.

Shazam is a delightful surprise and a breath of fresh air. Great art, action, and characters for Billy Batson. I got to say, I'm pretty hooked on to Shazam right now.

I enjoyed this one a bit more than the previous, which was mainly there to act as setup. Here, we see Billy reflecting on the end of the last issue and trying to make sense of it. I thought this was nicely done, as was the beginning with the space dinosaur. I liked seeing Psycho Pirate here, as he has a cool design and his abilities actually could have been a plausible explanation to what's happening with Billy. The story here was fun, and I liked the various hints of Billy being more villain-ish at times, only for us to find out what Psycho-Pirate had nothing to do with Billy's recent issues. Overall, I thought this was a good issue and I'm interested to see where things go with this story after Knight Terrors wraps up in August.

Again with the dinosaurs? Let it go already, Mark. The rest of the issue was good. I'd like to see more with the parents. They seem non-existant. The fight with Psycho Pirate was good, though he looked a little too much like Iron Man in a few panels. The mystery heats up until we get the epilogue. I didn't need the set up for Knight Terrors.
