It's a strange issue. I like the art and the over the top action. Story is quite thin, things are happening out of the blue without explanation. It's like reading a beat'm up. Odd.

Paul, Rob, Mj are androids. They are sharing insane dialogue with a straight face. Is Al Ewing doing ok? Does Marvel hire editors? Is Al autistic? I just read Defenders Beyond by him few days ago.. .. not sure

It feels forced and odd. Strange interaction between Paul and Rob.. mediocre at best plot.

This series had great potential, there are a lot of cool ideas going on, 6 issue weren't enough to tell an epic tale. The opposite of the others run when there's barely a plot stretched out to 10 issues.

It's a cool run. The plots needed more issues to breathe and connect to the reader. Limited series are not the way to go in comics.

Art is good in a old school way. Story is fine.

It feels retro and modern at the same time. Pacing is good, art is clear and good. Overall a better run than the inconsistent and meandering run from Benjamin percy.

The main character is an unlikable moron, that's great, you want to see the story unfold against him. The problem is, I'm not a fan of Adam Sandler movies. I do like so called extreme music but this is a lame interpretation.. your grandparents idea of metal.

The art is good and the writing too but I can't shake the felling of reading a bad american version of Detroit Metal City without the energy and dark humour. I appreciate that the main character is unapologetically a moron and you want him to fail. The extreme metal themes aren't well executed, isn't offensive, just weak.

Massive improvement over the first issue.

I did not find this premiere issue exciting or interesting. Two pages worth of setup stretched in 20 pages of forgettable action and bland dialogues. It's been done better plenty of time before. I bought the first 5 issues for the price of 2... I'm not looking forward to read the next few issues.

I waited few months for this last issue to be published. What a let down... the story was rushed. I feel like I read a 4 issue outline for a 12 issues series.
