The hype was worth it. I loved every second of this comic, and the art by Checchetto is on point as usual. The direction to go with an older Peter Parker who has his perfect life, but is just missing something inside, is an interesting concept that fits well with the tone of this new Ultimate Universe by Hickman. This series has potential to be the best ongoing Spider-Man book period.

When I heard Al Ewing was writing the next Thor book, and giving it the Immortal tag, I couldn't be more hype for anything else this year. Thor is my favorite character in fiction, and what Ewing has done here in the first issue is nothing less than a masterpiece. The art is stellar, and the story immediately feels epic and big. Jaw dropping, page turning goodness, easy 10/10.

X-Men Red continues to be one of the best books at marvel along with Immortal X-Men. The cracks in Krakoa are becoming more and more prominent leading to the fall. The moments between Storm and Charles really bring it home for me. A must read series

To live in peace or war? Thats the question. Genesis is back with a vengeance and disdain towards the current direction of Arakko lead by Storm. With half the ring agreeing with Genesis and the other with Storm a full on civil war of ideologies has begun. The art is awesome in this issue especially the Lactuca scenes. This is one of my favorite issues so far in this series.

Re-read Timeless (2022) before this issue, and I'm completely hooked on this story. Jed Mackay continues to be one of the best writers at Marvel currently, and nothing changes with his Avengers run. To the art, action, and story setup, I loved every minute and can't wait for more.

Fantastic art and amazing story thats finally leading up to the first tribulation event. I'm really digging Carol as the leader so far, and the current iteration of the Avengers makes me believe they can do anything.

This is slowly becoming my favorite series at Marvel, hands down. The art is absolutely stellar, and the writing/pacing makes everything feel epic. But my favorite thing about this series so far is that it truly feels like a team up book, and Mackay makes Carol come alive as a leader like never before. So far this series is leagues better than its predecessor.

My favorite issue of this series so far! The return of metamind made the previous issue worth it, and will most likely read better in a collected format. This run by North has been very solid and I look forward to more. Also the Doom moment was just nice.

The series continues to show how badass a character like Wanda really is. The only thing better than the action in this issue is the art, Dauterman is killing it with this series. I can't get enough of what Steve Orlando is doing with Wanda, easily one of the best books at Marvel currently.

Along with American Psycho, Sumerian is slowly becoming one of my favorite indie publishers. The art and pacing made this a great read that I look forward to reading more of.

Best issue so far, amazing art, and by god this makes me feel so bad for Rocket. Lanzing does a great job in showing how much Rocket loves Groot and the horrible position he's been in protecting this planet of refugees. I can't wait for the next issue and to hopefully see everything out in the open.

This issue reminds me once again why Thor is my favorite character. Unrelenting faith in himself and love for Humanity. The art was amazing, and the prologue at the end for the new Immortal Thor run just makes me wish August was here already.

Hickman has an amazing ability to make everything feel epic, and Bryan Hitch's art really compliments this story. I was hooked from the beginning and I'm really excited to see how everything unfolds

The art is amazing from Nic Klein, it really fits the dark tone. Johnson is setting up something epic and brutal, while still having a great layer of mystery. I can't wait to see how this story develops.

The art by Klein here is breathtaking and perfectly fits the tone. Where Starship hulk felt like a fun and zaney interlude, this new incarnation of the big green Goliath truly feels like a spiritual follow up to Ewing's Immortal Hulk. I'm excited to see this story fleshed out.

The ending scene legitimately had my mouth agape from the brutality. This arc could very well be the most violent wolverine story if it continues and ramps up even more. The fact this is during the fall of x makes it even more devastating. Percy's run has been brutal and fun as hell, and this arc doesn't show any signs of that changing.

I really enjoyed this first issue, it gave me nostalgia of Wesley Snipes Blade. Plenty of action and I found myself loving the art. It is a quick read, but it didn't diminish my experience at all. I'm excited to see the story fleshed out

My favorite issue so far and a great follow up to the hellfire gala.

This Annual issue did its job, I'm hype for the new Hulk run.

I was excited to pick this up this week, I'm a fan of Kid Cudi and Kyle Higgins, and the cover alone is awesome. The writing is solid and has me hooked, but the artwork carries this book to another level.

Better than ASM by far. Feels like classic Spider-Man with some stellar artwork. Bailey is fun for the brief moments we get with the character in this issue, can't wait to see more. This is a great jumping on point if you haven't read Slott's run yet.

I loved every moment of this year's Hellfire Gala. We have seen horrific things happen to the Mutants plenty before, but this felt like the culmination of every bad decision the Mutants have made since the beginning of the Krakoan era. The art was fantastic especially towards the end, and the writing is very solid throughout the issue. We also got a surprise new mutant that really is much of a surprise, but cool nevertheless. I'm excited to see what is born from the ashes of The Fall of X

I'm really loving this series so far, seeing T'challa fight corruption in the inner cities gives me feelings of Batman and I'm not mad at it. The art is pretty good, and even great in some scenes. I'm hooked so far and can't wait for the next issue.

So far just another Carnage story, but with Miles. And honestly its pretty good. Miles is amazing as always, the art is gorgeous, and I'm interested to see where the story goes.

Orchis continues its machinations to take down mutantkind. The beginning scene is devastating, but mostly the issue is the mutant response team communicating to each other while on clean up duty. While I enjoyed this issue, it could've been better.
