What did I just read?

I guess this is what it feels like to be shot in the head. What is happening in this book?

Seriously feels like there are pages missing in this thing. I don't know what's going on here but after two confusing issues where nothing happens...I've lost interest.

This reads like it's from 1992 and looks worse.

Lame. Get rid of Captain Boomarang.

Meh.

I didn't find much redeeming in this... why isn't it raining in this book at all?
