Ugh. Admittedly I fell off comics for sometime and coming back, to learn they turned Tim Drake gay? Disappointing and pure laziness from a creative standpoint... Asides from that, probably my favorite cover so far this year and a really enjoyable book. Loses a point for following lame political trends..

Kind of a silly comic and characterization but it's fun and I'm also kinda nervous for ole boy Lex there at the end. Glad I picked this back up.

Honestly probably the weakest of the four issues but still a lot of fun. And to the cynics, there's plenty of elseworld titles where Batman's life is hell, let the knight have a win eh?

There's that little cliched 'we could've got the villain two issues back, but we didn't so now we're extending the story for a cat and mouse chase type of arc.. However.. This may be one of my favorite issues in the series.. the writing and art and little continuation here, was very well done. Bravo!

Being an old school slasher fan, I don't care for the elites and the rules and even less for the cast of the town folk. I think the series would've been better from the POV of the killers. Still curios to see what happens next tho.

Coming back to this title after accidentally dropping it in issue 8. There's a lot of really super stuff going on, however an equal amount of seemingly unnecessary things that Aaron apparently needs to add. Kind of feels like a disservice towards the book more so than anything else.. It is a start and I am intrigued. Ferreyra's art is a definite a plus.

Wolverine fights a bear.. This book and maybe even the series feels as if the writer and whoever artist is just sort of winging it on a monthly basis I wonder if the new Cyclops series will be any good?

Okay. Dark. Brooding. And depressing.. Just Snyder doing his thing.

Holy moly, this was a blast. 2026 bat books are off to a great start!

Emotional gut-punch.

I'm pretty sure I liked the second Reign better than the first. The wonky-ness was off the charts.

This first arc was WILD.

Back in the day when your common villain had an obsession with stealing shoes.

The only book I picked up this week and a variant at that.. the art seems to be improving and I'm definitely entertained by the action here, however there's nothing really special in the story. Fun read besides.

Easily the weakest of the three story arcs in the white knight universe. I think it has too much going on.. plus it turned up the corniness to the max. Entertaining though just dial it back.

These 90's comics hit the ground running. Crazy introduction to a crazy character..

We're back baby and just as trippy as ever.

Murphy is one of- if not the best writer/artist powerhouses in modern comics.. Plus an intriguing dive into the bat history.

I'm so stoked there is more to this universe.

This one goes to 11.

There's definitely good and bad with Snyder, but I like that he writes Alfred a badass. The best arc out of the three by a mile.

The second arc to Snyders All Star Batman was fine, I guess. I don't know. Hate to admit I'm not looking forward to the next 5 issues..

I like that with Snyder Batman got this infinite amount of gadgets in his arsenal. I really dislike that this books pace is stunted by childhood segments.. still on the fence with the sidekick and dad being help prisoner bit..

Besides some major gripes, this story is really entertaining.. I dont know who started this between Loeb or Morrison or whoever but the whole bit where there are connections in Batman/Bruce Wayne's past is such a tired trope.. and man does Scott Snyder loves this trope..

Sometimes reading Snyders writing can feel like a chore.. Romita's art is top notch.

It's twisted and suspenseful.. fun read.

A triple sized debut. One can say it's quite exquisite.

Hayden Sherman is firing on all cylinders. Best artist I discovered in 2025, and the page layout is on another level. Worth rereading alone just to gaze at it. Top 5 of 2025. Easy.

Best of marvel of 2025.. Definitely top 5 favorite books I've read this year. It's such a blast to read this, and the art is really top tier.

Feels very disjointed from Jason Aaron's run, which may be a good thing, only time will tell.. Arts fun to look at and the writings solid.

The conclusion to a 12 issue arc that feels anticlimactic but on par for the course. The series itself may require another reading, it just kind of felt lacking.. is it worth picking up the next four issues?

Jock may arguably be the better artist, however this series in general loses points whenever Dragotta isn't doing the art.. Asides from that, a fun little 'non reliable' narrative here.

I had to settle for buying the Knull variant of this book.. what's with the influx of variants these days? The book itself was awesome.

Small step up from the first crossover. Note to self: these anthologies really aren't worth it.

Similar to my feelings with Wolverine: Revenge; this year, I think this title could've really benefited having twice as many issues to flesh out the story. Although not my preferred style, the art for this series does a great job translating the feel of the book, including the second artist which feels like a nice break within the story.

Batman's sitting criss cross apple sauce here. A villain centered issue, not sure about the originality, but I'm staying in tuned for what's to come..

I'm only knocking a point because I have no idea what's going on here. However the art and writing are a solid 10. I'd collect a Batman run by these two in a heartbeat.

Definitely a stronger first half in this 12 issue run, by Jason Aaron, who I think got repetitive and wonky especially with the court room drama and conclusion. The arts what really caught me by surprise, not my typical cup of tea but Juan Ferreyra carried the story for me. Very dynamic and entertaining to gaze upon.

The art is sick and this issue 1 got me hooked..

I have to hand it to Snyder, the man knows how to make one helluva climatic ending.

Issues 1-6 were a home run, a comic that doesn't take itself seriously and gorgeous art to boot.

I'm too lazy to check out invincible, so I'll check this out. It's a blast of a debut.

A lot of moving parts that I think keep this really interesting.

How come Scott Snyder made Batman mentally challenged? Arts solid, Selina and Pennyworth and even Banes small part are the highlights.

Definitely feels inspired by the mcu's captain America movies. It had its own spin for sure and I liked dreadshadow.. looking forward to what's next for this series.

I appreciate that the artist in this issue (whether guest or hopefully recurring) has a style similar to that of Andrews. Good job marvel, DC should take note.

Spider-Man and Wolverine literally beat the bloody hell out of each other.

Not the most original thing out there, but it deserves points for being creative, well written, world building and most importantly great pacing. Unfortunately the art is that rough indie style I'm not the biggest fan of, it can use a bit of refinement. Still, Solid.

A Jason Todd comic that isn't about the edge lord/same ole same ole status quo that is Red Hood and takes us back to the basics??? The first page alone warrants a ten from me.

Confusing. And I'm tired of the guest artist. Maybe there's a reason for it, but Dragotta was the biggest draw of the series for me.

Kinda called it in one of my earlier reviews of the book about the rouges gallery. Just disappointed in the execution.

Plenty of intrigue, tho feelin lost in an issue #1 plot isn't the best way to 'relaunch' a series. Stellar art.

Let's be real, this book is getting recognition for really only one reason. Truthfully in it of itself, it wasn't good.

My only hang up with my favorite titles right now are, they're limited runs.. magnificent.

I'm having fun reading this book and I'm not sure if it's one of those so bad it's good or I just like the comic-y feel of it. It's not good. I really don't even think Jim Lee heart is in it, at all. But I do enjoy the one page or two paged art.

Was there a huge drop in quality in this or did I somehow miss something in the last 7 issues, or did the problems I have with the series just became extremely apparent here? This was bad. Lame. Boring. The writing and dialogue and even story is so cheesy, how is this a 9/10? The art is the only thing that deserves any praise but even still the writer gave nothing interesting for the artist to do. I think I'm dropping this. $5 is hefty price for this.

So far the best issue in the series. Maybe Ryan North can't write literally any other character besides Doom and Dormammu.. although they kinda have the same voice.

The dialogue is a little try hard but it's still pretty funny.

The coloring is cool, interesting development here.

This book is a perfect example as to why Samnee is my favorite comic book artist.

Like the story the writing and dialogue but the art isn't my cup of tea.. although the gruesomeness of it was done really well. Creepy book.

There's three other current Batman titles that are incredible and accommodating to different tastes. All of which I love. Then there is this. I like the full paged art of Batman and Red Hood pointing a gun at one and another.. but, why? lol

The suspense is thickening and the action is mounting. Harley our main character, whether cursed or losing his mind is one helluva menace.

A southern gothic story of bloody revenge. Dialogues simple and the story is really told through the art. Sign me up.

No need to over analyze this.. Just a bloody fun ride with amazing artwork.. Sure wish it would keep going

I don't know nothing about or where it's going but I'm buying the ticket and taking the ride!

Though a fun and Snyder-esque ending, I got thoughts. I enjoy the art and the full page we got here was fire. But Dragotta has a thing for these tiny panels that are just underwhelming.. plus there's something about Snyders writing that I can't quite put my finger on.. it's just extra.. idk But hey you have Absolute Batman drop kicking a baby in the ocean. Fun ending.

If you're a fan of The Batman, this is definitely for you and my goodness the art and page layout and colors, all incredible.

Definitely a set up issue for what's to come, I guess this was more boring than the first issue. And sure the art is an acquired taste, but I am a fan of Kaare Andrew's work.

The covers sick. Very interested in seeing where this one goes especially after that ending. I really like these dark and macabre stories with the Bat.

Man this got dark but the best Gothic stories do. I would really enjoy more of this.

The art is wonderful and the writing is fun.. I even really enjoyed the inclusion of them side characters.

All I know about Dylan Dog is from that 90's flick Dellamorte Dellamore and I would love to read more on the character. I had fun here.

Waid and Samnee are major contenders for my favorite writer and artist duo. I really appreciate this coming off the heels of Absolutes Batman. Extremely different takes yet both super fresh. The only disappointing thing, being a 12 issue story. I would love collecting both series in the long run.

I bought this solely based off the fact that the guy who was in Late Night with the Devil was one of the writers.. Ngl I was a bit disappointed.. The WW story kinda paired okay with the new Absolute Wonder Women. I guess.

Admittedly I'm not much of a Wonder Woman fan, nor do I know whole lot of Greek mythology.. The story was fine and I do plan on collecting the first arc cause I'm genuinely interested in seeing where this goes. However idk if the idea is to make her a badass? Which I always thought was the point of WW especially for the female fan base. Plus this Greek hell she was raised in, seemed boring compared to the Dante's Inferno depiction which would be sick seeing WW grow up and just mow down hells spawns. I like the art alright, and her new look is probably my favorite part of this, I mean she does ride a demon looking Pegasus wielding Guts slab of steel.

Scott Snyder AND Nick Dragotta?!? Hey this brought me back into comics and it's one helluva reintroduction. What intrigues me the most, is that his traditional enemies are childhood friends, so now I'm curious to see as the series goes on, are we going to witness them turn evil? Anyway I'm 'All In' on this ride.
