    Daredevil #9 is an excellent comic book that builds on everything established before it. Chip Zdarsky and Manuel Garcia deliver multiple character developments and twists around Matt Murdock and Elektra Natchios that leave you wondering about the endgame for this story. Ending with the appearance of the Avengers and you have a comic book that just leaves you excited to find out what happens next. Read Full Review

    A shift in artistic direction does the issue no favors either as Manuel Garcia's thicker lines fail to carry the momentum and finesse that have made much of this volume soar, although Matthew Wilson's colors may not provide the best fit. That's not to say Daredevil #9 is poor work; it's a fine continuation of the story that offers several thrilling moments. Yet contrasted with the rest of the series, the rushed pacing and less notable artistic achievements must certainly provide a minor disappointment. Read Full Review
