I didn't had much expectation and that was just fine. Its an ok read, but nothing special to mention. I think the cove art is far better than the story

Great debut issue from a very likeable spider character. If you're looking for a fun read, similar to Spider-boy... this a exactly what you have to read!

When the second issue is better that the first, I'm very hopeful for the future.
The art is so amazing, can't wait for more!!

My final thoughts of this mini series is: "This has to continue, this can't be the end". And this is kind of what you want after reading a series. I can't imagen not having this series in my PC.

- They've took to much time between issues
- This easily could've been an 15 issue series

I had high hopes for this series, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. While I really appreciate the artwork, the storytelling just didn’t draw me in. After finishing it, I was left with the sense of a missed opportunity. A feeling I’ve had before with the Black Panther series.

When Jonathan Hickman writes something, you can expect a solid story in return. Prices are always a bit higher but it's just worth it. The story needs some of your reading time but its needed for a major setup. The good thing is you can enjoy it with some amazing art.

Do I want the read the next issue? hell yeah!

Some storylines just work and this whole universe that JT is creating, is just flawless. I love a good setting and thank God we got a big fat first issue to get through all the killer intro's.

I'm ready to read this series from the beginning until the end and so should you.

- simply out of your mind
- unable to read
- drunk or intoxicated
- in possession of an incomplete copy
- not wearing your glasses
- recovering from a bad break up or recently fired
- not a true comic book fan

Final issue of this great and solid series.
It does end on a high but its always been the end we expected to happen. So for that reason I was secretly hoping for another twist...

One this is for sure. If it gets a second arc, I'm in!

Wooow this issue is a bomb of a read!
It has a super nice flow and pace and of course you can expect some dog/security fight action.

Trust me, you'll love every page of it and you'll crave for more.

This second issue delivers everything I had hoped for! The world building is amazing and truly enjoyable to explore as a reader.

The combination of stunning artwork, powerful emotions, and an engaging storyline makes this an exceptional series. This is definitely a series that's here to stay!

When I head Wes Craig was the artist, I stepped out of my comfort zone and read an GI Joe issue. In totality the story is not a high flyer, but the action, the colours and the art is simply amazing. Everything you want from Wes C is in this issue, solid!

I'm going to be honest, I was biased due to a good review... so my hopes were high for this one. Sadly it didn't convert my high hopes. I was hoping for something jaw dropping but this is just a fun silly one shot without any layer of story. That is all it is, just fun brawling emptiness. And you know what, sometimes that is just all you need.

If you watched or played cyberpunk 2077, you're going to love this.

Finally got my hands on it and it didn't disappoint. What a great and magical first read, full of nostalgia. This series takes you back 15 years, but things have changed. Changed like, everyone grew up or old but not Peter. Its a really interesting take, just like marvel does with Daredevil, Avengers: Twilight,...

I am a fan of Dan Panosians amazing art and now I know he can write as well.

I love to be surprised at NCBD and this one got me!
There has been a lot of predator mini series lately but none of them felt like the real deal. This one does and I'm predicting this one is here to stay. In 10 years from now, new predators comic fans will find their way to this predator series and love it as we do.

Plot
The comic begins during an extremely hot summer in New York City, where NYPD Detective Lapearl comes across the skinless corpses of several homeless people, all missing a body part as a sort of trophy. Peter Parker, disguised as a coroner, takes photos of the corpses to sell to JJ Jameson. In this version, Peter Parker is desperate for money and has weak morals.

Before taking the photos to Jameson, Peter chases bank robbers, but has to stop to save a group of people. The robbers hide in a warehouse, where a Predator kills them and removes the skin from one of their faces for use. This is why this Predator is nicknamed SKINNER. Spider-Man arrives on the scene. Peter warns Jameson that they must reveal that there is a serial killer on the loose.

So many people using air conditioners, fans, and refrigerators causes the power grid to collapse, and there is a blackout in New York. As crime begins to spike and the subway stops, with MJ reading a script, SKINNER takes advantage of the situation to attack those cars full of trapped victims.

Peter convinces Jameson to activate The Bugle's old manual printing press to distribute newspapers reporting on this serial "killer." Detective Lapearl discovers that the photos used are from her crime scene and is now on Peter's tail.

The comic closes with Kraven arriving in New York on the trail of the Predator. Marvel's most dangerous hunter is jealous of the competition.

A mind-blowing, ultraviolent, and dizzying first installment of this saga creates this epic crossover between these two.

Artwork
It is detailed, heavily influenced by 1990s comics, where body language is highly stylized and shadows are used to highlight the dynamism and a gloomy tone perfect for this comic full of suspense and terror.

I couldn't connect with this issue at all. While it's visually stunning and showcases innovative storytelling, I found myself confused as a reader and unable to fully grasp the story. I really gave it a try, but it fell short of what I had hoped for after a great first issue.

This is how its done, delivering on every possible aspect of a must read comic issue/series.
Absolute WW is on a role and I just want more!

Pheeww this was a strange issue and I wasn't prepared for it. Page after page I was wondering what tf is going on, but not specifically in a good way.

Good art is always nice, but good art with a weak story... doesn't fix it.

I really hoped to be on the ASM train again, but no.

As a fan of the first issue, I get why this doesn't shine as we would've hoped it would. It doesn't spark, the story isn't mind blowing, the art is just solid... but we're not on the edge of our seat, holding our breath while reaching the end of the issue, need a minute to think it over after its done, craving for more... We wanted this, but they didn't deliver that.

Let me be clear its not bad, but they didn't deliver on their promise. more
