Dec 04, 2024I can understand if people are disappointed with the bait and switch. Maybe you came to the issue to see the heroes go at each other's necks for previous transgressions. After all that's what was advertised. However, I think Jed MacKay was on to something when he allowed these camps to have this moment of fun camaraderie and unwinding. Read Full Review

Dec 09, 2024The hard-hitting battle between teams leads to a lot of wonderful bonding moments, including Tony Stark and Hank McCoy analyzing their respective fascist heel-turns, Storm and Temper having a heart-to-heart, and Kid Omega making the mistake of needling The Vision. Dec 11, 2024Avengers #21 has the Avengers and X-Men face offin baseball. Dont let the cool cover fool you, its just a fun little get-together between the Avengers and the X-Men. On the one hand, its nice to see the superheroes hanging out and being chummy together a little bit. On the other hand, it could be setup for darker things to come in a future story where they turn on each other, as usual. Hopefully, something more fun and positive comes from this issue and the heroes actually stick together in future stories. Read Full Review
