Most of these characters have been around for a decade if not longer. Araña is like a 25 year old character at this point.

Too many hoods in this book lol. I liked it and that's about all I'll say as it's now cancelled. Normally I'd rather something get cancelled based on poor sales or shitty writing but this dummy just doesn't know how to keep it's mouth shut. Yeah, if you wanna just throw awful insults around you deserve to be called an it.
Red Hood #1
Jason Todd has left Gotham and Batman behind him. All he's taking with himis his costume, his bike, and a metal briefcase containing two handguns(and lots of bullets).New Angelique seems like the perfect place for Red Hood to put down roots. There's crime, vice, and corruption everywhere. When Jason discovers asuperpowered serial killer who is targe...
This was just awful. Ransom helping his brother in Argentina is an intriguing and exciting premise - however, what starts with dramatic family dynamics ends up being an uneven story about some stupid comic convention shenanigans.
Vecchio's art is good, but this time it can't safe Simone's horrible writing.
Uncanny X-Men #21
The Wolverine/Ransom two-fisted team-up takes a definite weird turn, as our baddest heroes chase a classic X-villain to, of all places, a COMIC BOOK CONVENTION in beautiful Argentina! How do they find and eliminate their target in a sea of masked cosplayers? And what if some of the cosplayers are the ACTUAL villains they are portraying? It's CARNE ...
The concept of five hundred different Spider-People (or Wolverines, or Captain Americas...) in the same universe has never worked for me. All the stupid Spider-Kids, in combination with McGuinness's cartoony oversized art, make this feel less like a regular issue and more like something you'd find on the back of a cereal box.
Amazing Spider-Man #12
STOP SPIDER-MAN! Spider-Man's gone too far. Now his greatest allies must stop him before it's too late!
Can you really separate the concept from the story? The cover is explicitly playing with the concept, and the fact that those are alternative "Spider-Men" matters to the story. You can't just take them out and have the same story. I also mentioned the art, that I don't like.
I guess the only aspect I left out because I wanted to keep it short and focused on my main issues, is Osborn as Spider-Man. I don't think it's a particularly great idea, but it gives us the opportunity for the cosmic Spider-Man stories drawn by Pepe Larraz, which are much more interesting to me. It's a shame that the series cannot focus on one storyline and one artist.

Absolute Batman #12
Batman is at the mercy of the monstrous Bane. And though his body hasseen better days, his mind and spirit are still strong. But how much longercan that withstand Bane's brutal onslaught?
I was really looking forward to this team-up. Solo, Lando, and Valance - come on. That's a recipe for adventure, yet Segura gives us none. This issue was just plain awful. He really gets Dick Tracy, but when it comes to Star Wars, he's absolutely clueless. Half of this issue is a flashback about a character I don't care about. And what's with calling the assassin "they"? I thought we were through more
Star Wars #3
RETURN TO CLOUD CITY! HAN SOLO, BEILERT VALANCE and LANDO CALRISSIAN must help an old friend. Witness the long friendship of HAN, CHEWIE and LANDO in exciting flashbacks to bygone eras! And a mysterious figure from the past re-emerges using a new model CLOUD CAR!
Anyway, this is all I'll say about it. Feel any way anyone wants it'll never be good enough. I'm done commenting or doing anything other than scoring comics. I see the same ol' faces on this site are still doing the same ol' thing and it's tiresome.
But I did Google it. Shakespeare used a singular they to refer to a man. It goes back that far. It's not something new and it's not about making new groups feel better about it. You're just wrong and clearly, your feelings are tied to that wrongness. May as well type out "sigh" while you're at it.
Plenty of action and bat lore to keep bat fans excited with a nice sci-fi twist and plenty of mystery to keep readers coming back for future issues. The art is too anime inspired for my taste and it even goes so far as to have Bats call out the name of his move as he does it lol but it's something I can tolerate. Overall a good book but best suited for uber bat fans pull lists.
Immortal Legend Batman #1
Humanity broke the barrier between our universe and our universe'sshadow. From the void came horrific apparitions that craved nothing butdestruction. But from this terror...a legend was born. A warrior who found away to access the energy that binds our universe and the shadow universe, transforming him into a cosmic dark knight. This immortal legend...
Art is less than impressive and the story feels like its a bit too familiar but it's fine writing and Thor fans should enjoy it enough. Overall it's too little for the price of the book but that's most modern big 2 books so I'd advise Thor fans to continue picking up their favorite character, as the book is more than acceptable, but for the casual fan looking for a new book I'd save my money.
The Mortal Thor #1
THE LEGEND BEGINS! The Norse Myths tell of Gods who walked the Earth, doing great deeds for the mortals who believed in them. But Asgard isn't real, and never was. The Gods never soared in our skies, never stood with our heroes, never fought for kindness or justice. It was all just a story. Nobody's coming to help us. But somewhere in the city... a...

THE RESOLUTE SPIDER-MAN! Peter Parker has resolved to get stronger by ANY means necessary. Spider-Man isn't pulling his punches this time.
G.I. Joe #10
BARONESS VS. COVER GIRL??? Meanwhile, has Cobra Commander and Destro's alliance reached its breaking point?
Bro you've been here a year. It literally says Oct 1, 2024. You haven't seen me for "years". On top of that, I took time off for a long while. I hadn't posted anything for almost a year myself really until USM had come out. What are you even talking about? Virtue signaling is bad and that's why the Annoying Orange is still here but calling out Nazis is a bad thing and that's NOT why we're heading towards an authoritarian regime. Okay. You're a centrist fence sitter. How's that for integrity?
You can comb through all of my reviews and comments and not find a single instance of me calling someone a Nazi other than CK. I didn't even call fthissite one. This guy was full of crap the entire time. There was no virtue signaling coalition conspiracy. Like and level minded people were calling POS like this man out for being POSs. The true man child left the chat, crying as he went.
