Fantastic Four #2 lures us into a false sense of security before flipping the story on its head and proving that Doom truly is all-powerful. This was never going to be an easy fight nor a fair one, which makes this a must-read. Read Full Review

Fantastic Four #2 is developing really well in this Arc of the new Fantastic Four series and I'm looking forward to see where the creative team take it. In regards to the creative team, I think they've really pulled together and created a wonderful book that works well story wise, complimented beautifully with some incredible pencil work and colour choices from the artists. Please guys, keep up this amazing work! Read Full Review

Weird Science Marvel Comics - mrgabehernandez

    Aug 13, 2025

Fantastic Four #2 struggles to find its footing, relying on convenient plot devices rather than genuine character development or intricate problem-solving. While the art remains a strong point, the narrative choices, particularly regarding Reed Richards's competence and the swift resolution of seemingly insurmountable challenges, leave much to be desired. It feels less like a Fantastic Four adventure and more like a series of plot points designed to get the team back together, regardless of logical consistency. Read Full Review
