Fantastic issue! Chip is letting all the pots on the stove boil and it is going to be an entertaining disaster in the kitchen. Lots of setup here, but Chip has proven before that he can deliver. Read Full Review

But Why Tho? - William Tucker

    Jun 30, 2021

Daredevil #31 is a phenomenal start to a new arc. With a high tempo and thrilling story, the series shows no sign of slowing down. Characters stride into the comic with a tremendous presence. Daredevil #31 is incredibly competent superhero comics delivering a middle chapter with style; I won't complain about any of that, even if I won't remember many specifics (beyond Daredevil making a prison warden scream) next month. Read Full Review

    The Comicbook Dispatch - batbrad

Daredevil #31 is delicately balancing several plotlines at once. While Matt in prison does feel slightly like a retread, this issue begins to develop some urgency for Matt. It's almost like he has something to do besides serving his time. Elektra and Fisk remain the most interesting parts of the comic. The series continues a more grounded Daredevil, not unlike the Netflix series. Read Full Review
