    The ending of the battle is a little lackluster to say the least. You'd figure that with as much history as Peter & Norman have with the Green Goblin that the battle would be a little more extravagant, but that's not the case here. Read Full Review

    Amazing Spider-Man #54 brings the Spider-Goblin saga to a close with solid art and an ending that feels final. Sadly, the script can't find a balance between drama and humor, the sci-mystical elements of the fight can't abide its rules consistently, and the net result reads like a comic that's a goofy mess.     Amazing Spider-Man #54 is a relief but also a burden. It's an unnecessarily repetitive chapter in a plot that doesn't make much sense and has gone on for far too long. At least we know Norman is no longer the Green Goblin, seemingly for good, and the story can move on from this tired concept. Read Full Review
