Feb 17, 2022Judging Amazing Spider-Man #89 solely on the content of the story Patrick Gleason and Mark Bagley did a great job in establishing Queen Goblin as a major threat. Feb 16, 2022Amazing Spider-Man #89 shows more of the Queen Goblin in action as Black Cat steps up to fight her. However, the comic doesn't follow through on that match-up as much as expected. The artwork is good and the comic is well-written, and there's a surprise appearance that will surely excite fans and get the story rolling in the next issue. Read Full Review

Feb 22, 2022Although we don't see him in action, other than a quick save to save a confused Black Cat from taking a 60-story swan dive onto the pavement, The Amazing Spider-Man #89 offers us Peter Parker back in costume for the first time in several issues. Read Full Review
