I heavily agree.
For five years, he’s been on the run, hounded across our planet, and treatedlike a criminal…yet his only crime was being born somewhere else. NowSuperman’s rage threatens to engulf the world at the urging of Ra’s al Ghul. And the only ones who can save the day…are Kal-El’s dead parents.
This raw, brutal, and emotionally resonant series is a complete reinvention, and Absolute Superman #11 is a high point in its gripping saga. Read Full Review
This issue has some big shockers, with one that'll change the status quo of the series going forward, but I think this title has one distinction going for it in the VERY intense battle for the best Absolute book. It may just have the best villain of the lot in this sadistic green hivemind who takes over the series once again. Read Full Review

Brainiac is the most frightening thing in Absolute Superman #11 and this is something that terrifies every AI-sentient being, even if they wont admit it. I can't wait to see what damage it does and how it affects the characters and the story to come. Read Full Review
This arc has been a welcome surprise from the twist of Ra's being the main antagonist to the way Brainiac has been incorporated. Each of the Big 3 Absolute Universe titles have been on an incredibly compelling creative run, but Absolute Superman might be the best one right now. This is a high-level arc that's delivering on all fronts. Read Full Review
This is a pretty enjoyable issue. I loved how we see Brainiac's hierarchy disrupted by Superman's ability to almost whisper super quietly and spark a rebellion. I also really enjoyed Talia's proper introduction into the story. The panels where she taunts Lois and Jimmy are a lot of fun. Read Full Review

Can Brainaic break a steel heart? That is the question posed in this chapter. Aarons writing never lets up on the pressure of events. Di Giandomenico and Arreola unlock the insanity of Brainiac into full view. The result is an issue you dont want to miss at the shops. Read Full Review

Absolute Superman #11 is a thrilling and thought-provoking descent into Superman's subconscious. It's a sharp, terrifying, and gruesome comic that breaks all the rules of a typical Superman comic and creates something new and exciting in the process. It's a perfect read for those who want a Superman story that is as intelligent as it is entertaining. Read Full Review
I can't say I am enjoying this comic in a classic way. It is an uncomfortable read. This isn't classic Superman but it isn't supposed to be. But I do find it innovative and appropriately dark. The vision feints drew me in. And while I miss Rafael Sandoval, DiGiandomenico really brings the splatter here. Read Full Review
Absolute Superman #11 wraps up the "Superman, Son of the Demon in a way that doesn't conclude the story. Instead, this finale is structured in a way that it is a set-up for the story this series has been building towards. Read Full Review
Absolute Superman #11 is a dark but inspiring installment, pitting Superman's unshakable moral compass against Brainiac's cruelest torments. While not flawless, the issue delivers a potent mix of horror, spy-thriller action, and classic Superman resilience that keeps the Absolute line feeling epic. Read Full Review
The good easily outweighs the bad in this issue, and the bad is really only bad due to my personal preferences, and is also actually quite good. So all around very good issue of Absolute Superman. Read Full Review
The last few issues have built up to this perfect chapter, wherein the art and writing come together to tell a harrowing tale of violence and torture that, through it all, shows the incredible resilience of the Absolute Man of Steel and his allies. As the action now shifts to Kansas, I can’t wait to see where things go from here, and in the meantime, I’m going to have nightmares about Braniac!
I loved it from start to finish. this one had a big kick to it and the panels are beautiful. Art rocks and so does the story. Can't wait for the next issue.
The best Supes comic out of what is already a solid line up.
“Speaking so super humanly soft… their brains only registered the sound on a subconscious level. A man who rewrites hardwiring with whispers. And inspires rebellion in a pack of walking toasters”.
Awesome. This is how you write Superman.
Great read, baited me successfully a couple times.
I'm dying for this arc to end so we can have more normalcy and the characters can talk more. Still, I liked the issue; the absolute brainiac is a very scary version of the original, and I like that. I like the Lois and Jimmy scenes, even though it's pretty boring that they're both military in this version. I like this kal(hot take?!) but he needs more autonomy, I think he will start to gain from now on.
Anyway, it's still good, but Ra's al Ghul has to be out of this book.
