Amazing art with lots of interesting moments but somehow it didn't feel like a complete issue.

Chris Condon is killing it with this book right now. I felt it had a rocky start but he really found his groove and story along with the art is reminiscent of Lemire's run which was a classic. The heart felt moments with Roy and Lian was the standout but the whole rest of the story was great as well.

Another example that Zeb Wells is not funny. I thought we would have all learned this during the She-Hulk Disney Plus show. The plot made no sense. Why would Batman allow his capture when he could have been unmasked. The ploy about Batman wanting Deadpool to be obsessed with him and the Deadpool walking right into the narrative on his own was eye-rolling. The back-up stories were not really note-worthy. The Rocket/GL one was funny, but didn't make any sense since you can't just give someone a ring. 55 pages of lackluster writing. Why did they use all Marvel writers? When DC writers are far superior nowadays.

Most of the issue would be a solid 6 for me, nothing special. Kim‘s art is still somewhat amateurish, although it does show signs of future greatness.
However, Killerwatt's dilemma at the end is so interesting, I had to give the book an extra point. For some reason he's a new favourite character of mine, and I love the fact that he seems to become the heart of this team.

Aphra is back! I was so nervous when this series was announced as the last run went off the rails so fast and become unreadable. But Chen seems to really have a feel for the character as well as the types of situations to put her in. Really hoping she can maintain this and get Aphra back to true form as she's one of the best new characters introduced since Rebels.

Nightwing deserves a much better writer than what we've been getting here.

Fun issue and feels like Layman has a good feel for the series after a rocky start. Glad Layman added Wonder Woman giving Donna props after that awful scene of the JLA being way off character chastising the Titans in the early issue.

This issue was tons of fun and has the vibes of the Justice League Action cartoon with one shot stories featuring characters we love teaming up full of fun banter and action. The solutions were very hand wavy and the resolution was rushed but I still had a fun time.

Amazing art but just your typical cliche stories in these "celebration" issues. The Rucka story was the stand out for me.

Great issue and really hope the main story starts to progress as the pacing has been far too slow.

This issue was tons of fun. Wein does a great job telling a silver age style story but well written.

Decent conclusion to this story arc. Though I think memento definitely wore out as welcome. The story could’ve easily fit into six issues rather than have been spread across 12.

This series has really struggled ever since Grayson left the book. I was optimistic for Thomasi's stretch as he does a solid job with capturing the characters and their relationships but the story isn't great which is a common trend I notice with him. My biggest problem with this issue is that Nightwing straight up kills the bad guy by having him get blasted by lightning and it's totally glossed over. He was devastated over feeling he allowed Blockbuster's death so this issue just really felt off base. more

Great ending but this story would've been so much stronger if it wasn't dragged out over so many issues.
