QUI-GON JINN IS DEAD! Or he will be...if JEDI KNIGHTS MACE WINDU and AAYLA SECURA can't find the antidote to the poison that is killing him. The antidote can only be found on SINSARA...the most dangerous planet you've never heard of! But what is the mysterious connection Sinsara has with Qui-Gon Jinn's past?
Overall, this is a strong issue, though not all of its plot threads are fully resolved. For instance, we never learn exactly why the people of Sinsara chose to ban Jedi, though we do get a hint that Qui-Gon was involved in the mission that led to their decision. Read Full Review
Madibek Musabekov & Luis Guerrero continue their amazing work with the artwork in this issue. It continues to be one of the most sharply drawn Star Wars comics on the market today. Aayla Secura & Mace Windu look identical to their real life counterparts in the films. I also love the look of the Kaijura because it looks so much like something that the Toho company would have come up with for the Godzilla films. Read Full Review
Star Wars: Jedi Knights #7 was a slight step down from the previous issue - but still strong. Mace & Aalya go on a quest to find the antidote for the poison that is killing Qui-Gon. It’s a fun romp with some AMAZING art and three splash pages (making it a quicker read). If you had never seen the prequel Star Wars films you might be under the impression that Qui-Gon might actually be on death’s door … but … no spoilers. The art alone makes this book worth the price of admission … but the book provides a solid and fun story - even if Mace & Aalya do a morally questionable thing. Still the best Star Wars comic on the market.

This is all about the side mission. Mace and Aayla have to get an antidote for Qui-Gon, but to do that, they have to visit a planet run by space ninjas. (Space ninjas? Really) They don't like Jedi, and they are forced to surrender and do another side mission for the leader to get the antidote, but Qui-Gon's fate is uncertain. This is incredibly stupid, as we know exactly what happens to Qui-Gon. They should have introduced another Jedi to be poisoned.
