I'm a bit hesitant about what grade to give this issue. The positives are the usual: Absolute Brainiac continues to be a fantastic version of the villain, the art is beautiful, and Aaron writes a great Superman. My only reservations are regarding Metallo. Once again, I really enjoyed an issue of Absolute Superman. It's the comic I look forward to reading the most every month. I loved this issue as always. Rafa Sandoval’s art, which is always solid, felt even better here. I liked the development for both Black Adam and Hawkman. And it’s always great to see Superman saving people, even in situations where the odds are completely stacked against him. more
