Plot Tony Stark begins his ULTIMATES 3.0 plan, which consists of creating a social and political revolution. Using social media, he creates a platform where he begins to reveal the hidden truths of all the tyrannical governments on the planet, especially those of the United States, secrets that have been covered up by lies for decades. Those who join this platform are trained in subversion techniques against the system. The best example is the prison city that Luke Cage controls, where all criminals are being rehabilitated in a positive way. Tony wants people to rise up against the global political system created by The Maker, so that when he arrives, it will be completely dismantled. Great issue showing us what Tony and the rest of the team have been up to since his return. Really like the direction they're going with the team, regarding how many people they're including and/or training now. Looking forward to seeing how that develops, as well as what we got on the final page with Tony.

Ultimates isn't a bad book. It's actually a solid title, full of ideas. Like the original Ultimate Universe, it tells a Marvel story that feels timely, but in a fresh, inventive way. The only issue, in my opinion, is that compared to something like Absolute Batman or Absolute Superman-which tackle similar themes, like the individual facing the rise of corporate power or the creeping spread of authoritarianism through media and networks-everything here feels a bit too heavy-handed. We're led by the hand, clearly told who the good guys and bad guys are, with little room left for nuance or trust in the reader's intelligence.
