Sep 02, 2026The best Superman comic I’ve read in years! A 1930s reinvention of the Man of Steel that returns Superman to his 1930s roots, but zigs and zags in ways you won’t expect, while keeping you on your toes. With a story that hooks you from the go and art and colours that leap off the page, this is a must-read mini-series. Read Full Review

Sep 02, 2026This is one Superman story that I cannot advocate for enough. We may only be one issue deep right now, but if it keeps up this quality, then it will definitely become a comic that fans talk about for years, if not decades, to come. Read Full Review

This is a difficult review as I've been reading Superman for longer than any other comic in existence. I seriously get annoyed at all the re-inventing of the same old carnage every year or so but I also understand, let's say we all as readers get jaded.
Today I read my hero and as much as I wanted to hate it....... something strange happened to this old man.
I fell in love with Superman all over again. Superb art , outstanding pacing, violence and thought. This is the story I have imagined for decades. Outstanding.......JM+ Like • Comment -
