This issue is pretty brutal and it felt like time was different. With different I mean off, the pace was really off... The end didn't make any sense when you give it a little bit of thought, so weird. Even a bit lame tbh. Hopefully the next issue picks up the level it was in the previous issues.
Punisher #7
DAMAGED GOODS! Frank Castle's one of the most dangerous tactical minds in the Marvel Universe, but for all his firepower, he remains just a man! IN THIS ISSUE, one of his failures drags itself kicking, screaming and bleeding to Frank's door to look him dead in the eyes!
There is really nothing you haven't seen or read in this first issue. They don't pull you in or make you care about the characters. It's a star wars story and I'm sure they play the long game, but for single issues... this might not be the right format.
Star Wars: The Fall Of Kylo Ren #1
THE LEGACY OF VADER CREATES A NEW EMPIRE OF FEAR!
KYLO REN returns from devastation, wielding total fury! As GENERALS HUX and PRYDE tear THE FIRST ORDER apart with treacherous ambition, Kylo cuts through their schemes with merciless clarity. His wrath forges unity through fear and unleashes a SUPREME LEADER neither general can escape.....
The thing is with Absolute Batman, you haven't read this before. It's on a complete different level... a level on his own. Currently it is rightfully controlling the comic industry. It's going to change this modern comic era, mark my words. This universe has everything to become the one true Batman story for our younger audience/generation.
Absolute Batman #23
In a climactic showdown, Batman is forced to battle an unyielding enemy in not just the Robins but in himself. More than one dead character signals a call for help…and a symbol of hopelessness as more friends become enemies.
If you have to hold your breath while reading, you know how invested and attached you're as a reader. This doesn't happen often... wow...
Bleeding Hearts #7
After the outrageously bloody events of Out-Break, Poke is overwhelmed by guilt and the beauty of living things…but he also must reckon with the horrible choice he made. Plus: Cara and Rabbit’s final resting place!
White Sky #4
Five years ago, the sky turned white, and the world ended. Violet and Walter reach San Francisco, believing it will provide them with supplies and safety. What they find instead is a lifeless city and a man named Errol who will do anything to recapture Walter.
One of the best issues so far
White Sky #5
With Walter barely clinging to life, and a madman watching her every move, Violet must take action before it’s too late. And at the scavenger camp, David comes face-to-face with two horrors from beyond the grave.
Finally caught up, but it took me one evening. The world, the story, the characters, the emotions, the connection with other series,... love it all.
Looking forward for more, next one is going to be big!
Geiger #24
NEW STORY ARC The road to GEIGER’s shocking anniversary issue starts here! When the Glowing Man comes face to face with an army of Junkyard Joes, he realizes the terrifying truth: These soldiers weren’t built for war. They were built to destroy nations. And even the Man of Mass Destruction might not be able to stop them. All this plus…Redcoat.
The intial price is a bit upsetting, as you have no clue this comic is going to work for you.
Luckily I can assure you this is an awesome comic that is going to be loved by a lot of people. In this issue you have a great build up, the goal of the comic is clear, some great character building, it a smooth read and you're getting surprised a few times.
The art looks cartoony/m

Mutating the comics industry since their first issue debut in 1984, we are proud to shellebrate 300 issues of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles mainline series. Bleeding Hearts #6
It’s the 11th Annual Outbreak! You are what you are—be proud of that and of death’s victory over life!
In life we as mortal people get to read and write. Pretty pictures with nice words that take us to our childhood for a little while. Bleeding Hearts is non of this for it tells of a monster that is better than the humans they kill.
The art and pacing are a privilege to read and this arc has left this old reader feeling a sense of wonder, that we can still produce such wonderful horror. This

It's actually a cute action comic. You don't see a lot of them that are reading as smooth as this one. The challenge this absolute series has, is the fact that it is not brutal or devastating or groundbreaking. It's just a very approachable and solid comic.
I hope they turn it up a notch.
Absolute Catwoman #2
Selina licks her wounds after her run-in with her mystery assailants. But she can’t linger long if she’s going to get her revenge.
Because of the not so original idea, it doesn't get a top score. But this is a really good comic book with a lot of potential fun. I'm curious to see how this is going to be different.
Amazing art btw
