The book is slowly starting to move forward, but just so much. Hopefully from here it will follow this traitor storyline and see how far it goes. Then the comic will increase the stakes and from there really help to establish itself as a spy comic fans will flock towards.

This series finally hits it out of the park and delivers an issue which really makes you want to keep reading. When the book is released as a trade, it seems as if this first story will be the perfect way to introduce new fans to the idea of who Action Man is and what he is about. Now, all they have to do is keep the energy going and this new incarnation of the character will become a must read for fans of James Bond looking for a good spy adventure comic.

Aquaman is one of those heroes everyone likes to joke about instead of giving him the proper respect he deserves. This new run has helped to showcase what he is as a hero and as a character. If more people were willing to give this story arc a read it may just help change the publics perspective on who Aquaman is as a character. Especially if the Deluge storyline is as good as this prequel is showing it to be.

Inspiring artwork helps to introduce a monstrous threat for the Avengers to face.

The issue feels a bit predictable but will probably pick up later. Hardcore fans of the franchise will want to make sure to check this one out and even those who are only casual to the series will find something to enjoy. It's an adventure with Marty and Doc Brown, when is this ever a bad thing?

The issue is fun but it really seems like the story is rushing without taking a break. Hopefully with another new timeline to explore in the next issue there will be some moments where the characters will be able to look around and appreciate what is happening to them.

This story has finally become a bit of essential reading. It took a few issues to build it up but from here the story has become a miniserie fans will be eagerly waiting for the release of the next issue.

The story is coming together, but the more of this series which comes out, the more it feels like it will work better as a full graphic novel. Basically it might be best just to wait for the entire miniseries to be collected before finally taking the time to read this book. Only hardcore fans of Back to the Future should consider picking this up issue by issue.

Lots of good build up but there has been enough of an introduction for this comic. It's time to see what Terry can do as a Batman without Bruce Wayne constantly backing him up. Hes had a long ride as a character and he deserves to finally spread his wings fly.

Frankly the film is not as entertaining as it should be. The grand moment of the film happens when Batgirl is shot but sadly afterward there is still 30 minutes and isn't nearly. The fans finally got an animated version of The Killing Joke but in the end it's only worthy of a faint chuckle.

A book so good you want to recommend it to everyone.

If you have been hearing good things about Black Hammer and are looking for a good starting point to the series, then look no further than issue 12. It feels like a great place for first timers and makes you want to read more and learn more about what is happening with these characters.

This issue feels like the calm before the storm for Black Hammer. Big things are about to explode and if you havent taken the time to check out this series you will soon regret it.

This new series helps to showcase an interesting story in a distinct period in history. Saracino and Olivetti truly are a winning combination and have created a book many need to check out. Fans of incredible artwork and violent storytelling will definitely want to make sure to give this book a read.

The series is still engaging but the lack of any real action scenes really hinders this second issue especially with the fact it's part of a miniseries and halfway of the story has been told. Still, the art is engaging and the series is shaping up to be one of the best Graphic Novels which will be produced this year once all the individual issues are collected.

The series has been at an intense level of quality so far. Both of these creators just have to stick the landing and give the people a satisfying ending to truly make this series a masterpiece. Will Ich be able to stop the Spaniards without giving in and losing himself in the process? Or is he destined to become a beast who only craves blood?

Just enough story to keep interest but a lot of great art makes it worth picking up.

Dark Ark #1 is definitely the start of something twisted and engrossing. Phenomenal art mixed with a story which radiates anxiety and dread in the best ways possible. It would be foolish not to take the time to experience the Dark Ark.

Good art and a great story but it leaves you wanting a lot more.

Entertaining and earns a few laughs but seems to require a second issue to really sell the plot.

There is one more issue left in the first arc of Deathstroke return after Rebirth. It is still a good possibility this first storyline will end with the a great bit of reading. For though now it just seems too clogged by all the emotions, overplayed elements, and daytime levels of betrayals.

The Empowered series has been hailed as one of the best comics series that people should be reading, and for a very good reason. This series is a very humorous look at superheroes and superhero culture. It is the best answer to all the other books which are trying too hard to be dark and grim. Buy this issue and you are guaranteed to be entertained.

Though not essential, it is a fun time and gives a glimpse of what will come for Conan the Barbarian in the future.

While more action filled than previous incarnation of Fables, this book still brought some very familiar characters back and has a lot to offer the fans. Seeing beloved characters like Snow White and Bigby, even for simple cameos, is always a welcomed siht. This series is a defintte must-read for Fables fans.

So far, First Strike feels better than Revolution in terms of pacing. The atmosphere is captivating but not overwhelming and the backstory of the villains is a nice touch but may prove to be unnecessary. It's a good event but given what has happened previously, the real question will be if the event can stick the landing.

When this series was announced it looked to be one of the better of the new line of books based on classic Hanna-Barbera characters and if done successfully would help to reintroduce a lot of characters to a new group of comic book fans. Luckily it appears as if they have succeeded. Congratulations to Mr. Parker, Mr. Shaner, and the late Mr. Cooke for creating an action series which will appeal not only to fans of old cartoons but will bring in others who will be able to appreciate the greatness of some of these long forgotten animated heroes.

This series doesn't go downhill with its second issue, and instead continues to strive for greatness. It has set up what fans can expect to happen from here and, by the look of it, we will get to see a lot of great team ups as the different heroes from around the universe unite to take on the Entity. If you aren't taking the time to read this series, even if you aren't a fan of some of these nostalgic cartoons, you owe it to yourself to pick up an issue and give it a read.

This issue is a fun and helps to show the details they are putting into this series. Now maybe we can finally get back to the story proper and they can finally introduce Mightor like they have been talking about in the descriptions for the last two books.

The expansion of the cast is successful and adds a lot more elements to the mix. This series is still the best book to come out of DC's re-imagination of Hanna-Barbera, and more people should be reading it. The only problems that remains is waiting untilnext month for the next issue.

Though they are finally starting to make some connections to the mysterious symbols they keep finding, the new series is moving slower than previous ones. Hopefully the team is leading the readers to a bigger destination. Still, the book remains incredible entertaining filled with the humor and action fans have come to expect. Even if this turns out to be a more average Ghostbusters story, it will still be a very entertaining one.

This issue offers good characters work but it's still a side story. Of course with Stott as a guest artist, it really helps to sell it as such. Still, it doesn't help with disproving the idea of this series being an excuse to send the team to international locations. It's fun but the miniseries is half over and it's weighing on more of an entertain experience than an integral read.

This is exactly what this series needed. The plot comes in like a wrecking ball and delivers a healthy dose of intrigue while at the same time having a very somber and emotional story line. Its packed to the brim with a lot in a short amount of time and the fans will enjoy every bit of it. Especially if Peck has to strap on a proton pack again to offer some assistance.

This issue gave the fans exactly what they want, which isnt necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes the fans need to be pandered to be reminded of just how they are appreciated and thought about. As the story makes its way towards the face off against the big threat, issues such as this are really a welcomed sight.

Great character moments and impressive art keep the crossover event going strong.

Godshaper is a series which presents a fresh world with a lot to explore in it. This series will easily find an audience and could become one of best titles of 2017. The first issue is a definite must read and leaves the audience in anticipation for the next installment.

A fantastic start of a Godzilla series ideal for young readers.

This series is all about Simon and Jessica trying to be the best pair of Green Lanterns they can be. A little more focus on Jessica would be better but showing Simon seemed more appropriate for this issue. It's an entertaining series with a lot of potential to it.

With multiple comics featuring Green Lanterns being published by DC it's important to have each have a specific focus. This issue launches by showing how its main attention will be on the cosmic side of the universe and showing how the Hal and his friends have a lot of work ahead of them. They will have to get their home back and become the rightful peacekeepers of the universe once more. It sounds like a fantastic journey and fans are going to love it.

This book continues to be one of the best titlesto come out of DCs Rebirth event. The way things are going, it should be easy for the team to maintain this incredible work. At least until the end of the first story of the new run.

This is just what the doctor ordered. A great issue about two factions coming together to stop a powerful force they wouldnt be able to take down alone. A great analogy for two sides which may not see eye to eye but can become united under the idea of moving forward and working together for a better tomorrow. A lot of people could learn a lesson from the message in this issue and it may help to give everyone the ray of hope which is desperately needed right now.

It's been hard to follow up Geoff John's epic run of Green Lantern but Venditti and Van Sciver seem to have a good plan for making an attempt to make a great Green Lantern story fans will enjoy. Hal is going to have to form a team which will be able to fight Sinestro who is control of a planet. As long as the level of quality is kept at this level, the team will definitely have success in the future.

The series is the perfect comic for the horror fan who enjoys a bit of realism in their books.

A horror comic which will leave you with a sense of fear and dread.

Fantastic art but the event will leave many uncertain of how to feel of where the event is going.

With a late arrival to the issue, it looks like the Misfits and the Holograms will be ready for a showdown against Silica. Issues like this leave the creators with a promise of something big to happen in the next issue. Now all the team has to do is deliver a battle which really resonates with the readers. Im sure the fans will be crossing their fingers for the conclusion to be truly epic.

The issue wraps up easy enough but considering the the atmosphere and everything which has happened it's obvious Silica has done damage which will be carried on for issues to come. The issue is emotional and entertaining in a way only Jem seems to be able to accomplish. Also, the Stingers are coming and they will definitely shake things up a bit when they make their debut.

The issue is a good chance for the characters to take a moment to breath and get ready for what is going to happen to them next. By the look of it something big is going to occur, so youll need to check out this issue so you understand the full impact of what will happen in part two.

The issue has the perfect setup for change and, with the Stingers coming, things are only going to get worse for the group. This is a fantastic issue which fans will not want to miss out one. Especially as things wont be the same from here on out.

The book has kept a great level of quality and the new arc and art style shows it will not decrease anytime soon. Hopefully the creative team will keep up the fine work and if you are a curious reader who was hesitant to check this title out, this new arc seems to be a great jumping on point.

Another great issue. Still, it will be interesting to see where the storyline is going to go from here. With the Misfits getting their own book, will it mean they wont be showing up in the main Jem series? Will Stormer and Kimber have to break up? The more questions which are asked, the more fans will eagerly wait for the next issue to come out.

Buy this book. In fact buy all of the Jem comics so this series keeps going. Jem was a testament to what happens when a nostalgic property is updated to modern times and the great stories which come from it. Hopefully whatever happens in Jem: Infinite will ensure the series continued longevity. For now, all fans can hope for something truly outrageous to happen in the future.

IDW has another success for their audience and given them what they want but at the same time doing so in a very fulfilling and enriching way. Too many times publishers are simply it in for a cheap cash grab and don't offer anything deep or meaningful in the process. Make no mistakes Jem fans, this is far from cheap or simple and instead is a book you won't want to miss checking out.

This issue offers a lot and really will hit close to home for many readers. It's a story not just for fans of the Jem series but for anyone who has ever felt uncomfortable thanks to the worlds cynicism. It the kind of issue you wish you had multiple copies of so you could distribute them at the right moment because you know there will come a time when someone will be helped by the story inside.

The kind of comic fans of Labyrinth have been wanting for a long time.

The story slowly starts to move with captivating art around the way.

Joe Golem: The Outer Dark is a visually pleasing book but leaves you wanting to know more but doesn't seem to define the characters enough. Of course, it is a detective series so a bit of mystery may be what they are going for. Basically if you have read the previous issues you will be fine and will have a much better time with the new mini-series. For everyone else, it may be time to hit the local comic book shop and grab the first graphic novel.

This new book is a perfect way to introduce a new group of fans to these characters. It also is making great use of the Archie universe by having characters appear just enough for establishment, such as when Jughead was seen visiting the vet with his dog. Its a good read and this may just become a comic for readers to look forward to as it keeps coming out.

This new story really feels like a true catastrophe has befallen the Earth and only the Justice League will be able to take care of it. With all of the new changes which have been going around it's nice to see, people can still count on the them when the chips are down. Feels epic

Its a serviceable crossover and is already proving to be enjoyable. Unfortunately, its feeling a bit to by the numbers with its set up. A crossover with a more inexperienced team withoutgods and goddesses on it " like the Titans " would have been a much better idea. It would even make more of an impact. The Titans are mostly made up of heroes who were sidekicks and have spent their adult lives understanding what its like to live in their predecessor's shadow. After the brief misunderstanding fight which would happen and the Titans could have passed on sage like wisdom about what it's like to grow up after spending their teenage years in battle. Here, sure the older Justice League members can look down on the team and say Keep up the good work kids, but it just wont have the same weight behind it.

A great holiday spin-off to an otherwise dark event.

Unlike other comics tied into movies this one is essential reading. It helps to build on the new mythology which is being created for King Kog. Hopefully, the rest of the series will be just as entertaining as this first issue.

The series is going strong and doesnt show any signs of letting up. The last few pages of the issue really leave the reader on the edge of their seat wanting more. With the series half over, all the team has to do is keep going with their current performance and this will become a series which not only appeal to fans of King Kong new and old but become an essential part of their collection.

ArtworkThe art team of Carlos Magno doing illustrations and color work by Brad Simpson is yielding some very positive results. The facial expressions and body language of the characters are some of the best they have through the entire series. The rain effect which is present through most of the issue is a bit distracting but not to the point it takes down the overall quality.

This series is still keeping up its high standards on its new path. The unexplored world of Kong keeps growing thanks to this comic. Hopefully, the countdown to the upcoming movie will only aid in helping this series to reach more readers. If it doesnt this book still has a lot to offer even to those who arent fans of the Eighth Wonder of The World.

This is another fantastic issue and it helps to show how the island is changing for the inhabitants. The real question is where will the series go from here? The villagers are stranded on Skull Island and forsaken the use of Kong. Where can the story really go now? Of course, this is the same question which was asked two months ago and what resulted was two very entertaining issues. The team keeps making the audience want to come back for more because of the intrigue in to where the story will actually go next.

The issue has a pretty good wrap up for the Parents Day storyline. Not as good as Ridley using god powers to summon super powered kittens though. The creators will really have to showcase their best to recreate the same amount of intensity they have displayed in the past. If you haven't taken the time to read this book, you should. It continues to stand out thanks to its winning combination of story, art, and characters.

Weak story and bad art are not a good combination.

Fans of M.A.S.K. rejoice. The Team is off to a great start with their introduction to the IDW universe. With the option of dealing with characters from other IDW properties (G.I. Joe, Action Man) on top of reintroducing characters from their own franchise, this series has a long and entertaining road ahead of it.

Made Men #1 is the start of something big. The series offers a lot of possibilities moving forward thanks to the interesting concept and engrossing artwork. The issue also seems to offer a twist at the end which was subtle hinted at throughout the book. Again though, if you couldnt tell from the reference to Robocop, this book is not for the faint of heart.

The story is going fast but the art makes it an enjoyable ride.

The setting of a bleak and violent future is laid thanks to phenomenal artwork.

The story and art are at odds and the issue suffers because of it.

Bites off too much in the first issue but the colorwork does help to add a sense of atmosphere.

This really feels like a fantastic start of a great series. Yu is the kind of character you can really get behind, the world is one readers will enjoy exploring, and even without a fight against the antagonists there is enough action to get someone addicted to the story. Mech Cadet Yu is a fun series with a lot of heart. The second issue continues to showcase the world the creator has in mind and the potential it has in the future. If you havent taken the time to check out this comic series, you are missing out on something good. Also, by the end of this issue it becomes apparent the drama and intensity is going to be kicked into high gear with issue three so this is the perfect time to read the first two issues and wait in anticipation for more Mech Cadet Yu.

The issue opens up a world of possibilities by introduces a bunch of new problems.

This series just keeps getting better and better. This issue finds a way to raise the stakes higher than ever before and seems to be a better end for the first arc than issue #4 was thanks to the surprising way it concludes. Though not the ideal starting point it makes up for it by rewarding those who have been reading with a fantastic issue.

This comic keeps finding new ways to keep the audience entertained and entralled.

Lots of great dialogue intermixed between the army starting to tear itself apart.

Mega Princess is a perfect book for youths who would benefit from reading more comics. With only two issues left, this series is shaping up to be a promising trade paperback to place in the hand of an individual who wants to get into comics. Hopefully this series will get enough attention and the junior detective known as Mega Princess will have the opportunity to go on more adventures in the future. Because the world needs more detective princesses on the case.

The issue makes you wants to read more but it does feel like they are trying to compress a lot into the first issue. Especially with the description from the website of the actual story. Despite everything mentioned, their really isn't any actual time travel happening yet. This means, the story is going to go very far and deep in a short amount of time. Fans will want to pick this one up so they don't get lost.

The series is decent but its starting to feel like it knows where its going so it can take its time getting there. While it may be what fans are expecting and what has been advertised, the journey to the destination could be a bit more entertaining.

This series is attempting to build a universe which will appeal to new and old Micronaut fans. Unfortunately, the new fans aren't going to stick around much longer if something of worthy doesn't start happening in the near future. The action and drama really need to be kicked it into high gear in the next few issues.

Taking roots of the villain's past helps to sell him as the cold and calculating villain he is supposed to be. Baron Karza is compelling and interesting. Now if the same can be done for the main characters, this comic will have something going for it.

This book is barely standing on its own and now it's about to be a part of IDWs crossover event, Revolution. All things considered, this doesnt fill fans with a sense of ease. Maybe interacting with the other titles may help it, but there is a better chance of this book being overshadowed by some of the other books such as Transformers or G.I.Joe. Unless of course the book can find a way to finally rise to the occasion.

The new Reconstruction event may just been what the series needed. It was feeling rushed trying to get to this point. Now time to see what kind of stories will come out of where the writer was trying to get the series to all along. For the Micronauts fans out there this is issue is a small ray of hope things might just work out.

Its hard to tell if this is what the series needed or if this is too much of a good thing. The series finally takes the time to expand on the characters by diving into their personal stakes and what happened to lead them to where they are. It just comes a bit too fast though and can be a bit overwhelming. Fans of the series will want to check it out though as it helps to add details to the main story in the regular series.

This is a fantastic issue with a lot of memorable action in it. It also ends on a nail biting cliffhanger. Now if the writer can tone done the distrust amongst the team, then this series will be even better.

The action and drama are at a high point, but as the story continues, it's time to ask how long it will last. This book has the potential to continue telling great stories with these characters for a long time. From here, fans need only hope a satisfying ending is delivered, but given what has happened so far, they dont have to worry about much.

ArtworkAs always, impressive detail work on the comic overall, but the battle damage the Dragonzord receives is awe-inspiring and shocking all at the same time. Artist Hendry Prasetyas blend of the artwork between the monsters, the humans, and the robots is in perfect balance with no one aspect falling short of the others. Nothing more can be said, except to hope the art continues to stay at such a fine level of excellence.

Even with little action, this issue is a page turner. Watching Tommy and Billy explore a chaos filled world in search of answers was incredible. This series continues to deliver the best possible stories with these characters. Everyone needs to stop what they are doing and read this issue.

In summary, to quote fellow writer Wesley Messer,You will buy this now. You go buy it and thank me later with cookies. This issue is simply amazing and continues to represent the quality this series has to offer. Also, if you're curious, I love soft chocolate chip cookies.

Its always good to go back to what made a series entertaining in the first place. Power Rangers may be formulaic but if handled properly the stories will always be enriching and keep the audience around. Given the final pages of this issue, it already looks like there is a lot of great setup for wonderful things to come in the future.

This celebration of the Power Rangers truly is a welcomed sight. It helps to prove all which can be done with the tapestry of the mythology behind the Power Rangers Universe. Hopefully this is not the last time a group decides to get together to celebrate how much this series means to them.

An interesting character and a smooth art style makes for a fantastic new series.

A simple story outshined by vivid action sequences.

This is what the series should be about. A simple story which came from the result of a group being paired together which doesnt get as many adventures as they would in the show or the main comic. Fans will enjoy reading this book for the humor and will resonate with fans of Princess Luna or the Cutie Mark Crusaders.

A treat for not only fans of the series but for anyone who has a soft spot for the old picture books they grew up on.

The first part of a storyline which will feature the heroes going bad and causing trouble for their family and friends is off to a great start. Fans will really want to check out this issue to make sure they are ready for what is going to come next. Here's a small spoiler, it involves a reference to a certain clown prince of crime.

The story is solid with all of the characters going bad and it ends with some actual tension with the cliffhanger. Now all the creative team needs to do is find a way to fix things. Usually it will involve magic but given the surprises the team likes to use, it sometimes is hard to guess what will happen next. Hopefully it won't get wrapped up too quickly but given the fact the next issue is the end of this story line there is a good chance this will happen.

Not bad, even for a quick wrap up but it would be better if future issues used this idea or made references to the carnage the team committed while they were evil. It may be a good way to turn public appeal against them. Considering the next issue is about an election, it may come back sooner than later.

A fun issue with a lot of great easter eggs throughout the pages.

To put it simply, this crossover is pure joy.

The mini-series remains entertaining and offers moments of pure comedy.

The title character is starting to be the worst part of this Transformers series.

This is a good issue but the tease for the next one looks to top it. Jazz is set to address the world in a live interview and answer questions regarding how his actions resulted in the death of a cop. It could be very emotional comic and set how humans will view Transformers for years to come. Good luck Jazz, youll need it.

This issue was everything we could hope for and more. A truly heartfelt piece showcase a character trying to do all they can to make up for their past and at the same time work towards moving forward for the greater good. It will be hard to top an issue this good but there is a good chance the creative team behind this book is going to try.

ArtworkThe art work by Kei Zama with Josh Burcham on colors helps create a gritty environment which is perfect where it needs to be. It helps to give the audience and Sideswipe the illusion of Cybertron being as bad as Sideswipe remembered. Also, points for the reference back to Transformers: Robots In Disguise as Sideswipe revives in the same way Wheeljack did by landing on his head as he comes out of the restoration tank.

A dynamic first issue with a cliffhanger you have to see to believe.

Its a solid series but the overall story is on shaky ground already. This isnt a good thing since its only the second issue. In the previous issue Black Mask was lamenting about Gotham and how he had big plans for the city. Now its starting to feel like the plans are going to fall short.

This comic gives a the most confusing and over the top reason for a character to get superpowers. This seems hard to do as the movie its a prequel for has killer cyborgs in it.

This issue feels like a breakneck rollercoaster, but in a very bad way. There still is a lot of potential for exploration of different stories with the combined elements of the Transformers, G.I. Joe, Action Man, and Rom the Space Knight mythologies behind it. Hopefully later issues will help get this series on track but for now it's not the best foot forward in exploring this new world.

An amusing ride on the nostalgia train which actually provides moments of humor.

The perfect all ages book for anyone who has ever been a fan of these characters or are new to the title.

The series seems like it's trying to be Saga, which isnt a bad thing at all since Saga is one of the best comic books on the market today. Though the first issue does feel a bit too standard with the plot, thanks to the fantastic creature creations and the theme of trying to find a piece of yourself after losing something, this book has the potential to be a series with a large following in the near future.

Satellite Falling is starting to shape up to be a series readers will want to look out for. With two issues it already has a great setup and a mystery which will keep the readers eager with anticipation for the next one.

After the revelation in the previous issue, this one was all about gearing up and getting ready to go on an adventure. Frankly, the build up alone is intense and it will be great seeing where Lilly will go from here with her new team. This series had a slow start but now it's firing on all cylinders and is a title I can highly recommend for anyone who enjoys good science fiction.

So there it is. The most wild and off the wall attempt to reinvent Scooby Doo in a while and it sadly comes off as bland. Maybe in the following issues with the plot established there will be more intrigue but for now there doesn't seem to be much substance here.

This series has so much potential but keeps dragging its feet. It's supposed to be directed at an older audience, but it keeps telling a story that needs constant explanation. It's as if the creators aren't sure their readers will be able to understand what is happening. We understand, and frankly we're a bit annoyed that it's taking so long for more to happen.

This issue showcases that the series is just getting started with its story, and those who dropped off too soon will regret not sticking around for such a fantastic issue. This is the first must read issue of this series and with any luck it wont be the last. Now fans just have to hope the team is able to get out of the grocery story they have been in for the last three issues.

The series is a great miniseries which fans need to check out. Way to go Frank - your new work is incredible and proves you are truly a creator who needs to be watched. Coming from the superhero series to this kind of book really shows his immense talents as both a writer and an artist.

The team has found a pretty good mix of comedy and visuals which will definitely be appealing to fans of the series but also offers something for those who enjoy humor in their comics. This series will probably become a must read for younger audiences but there are jokes older fans will enjoy as well. Though its first issue wasnt a must read, the second issue is able to stick the landing with the two part story. From here fans will actually find themselves being able to enjoy the storylines and will look forward to more issues to come.

This book is starting to show a level of consistency which makes it worth noticing for a distinct demographic. Once the first trade comes out it will be a great book book to give to young readers to see if comics will help them to improve their reading skill. For now, try picking up an issue and giving it to a younger reader who you think would enjoy the wonders of reading comic books.

Though some may brush off the title as being too childish, it is still very important to look at how appropriate and valuable series is to younger readers. This book continues to be a great starter series for people hoping to get children into comic books.

Sword of Azrael #1 is a great starting point for new fans, but takes the character in a direction older fans haven't seen before and can appreciate.

A just above average issue all around which doesn't feel like the best final story for such a popular character.

ArtworkArtist Steve Pugh continues to deliver amazing character visuals. Building off the cues of the original cartoons he finds ways to make the setting truly feel like a modern stone-age family. The use of clams as cell phones is a particular nice touch. Also, the final page wouldnt be nearly as powerful if the art wasnt so finely detailed.

You're probably getting sick of this site saying the same thing over and over again, but Read this book. Its just too good not to talk about, especially when the quality hasnt diminished for a single issue. Its depressing this series only has two more issues left because if they kept up the quality at this magnitude, the audience would probably keep reading to issue #100.

ArtworkAs stated, Thomas F. Zahler pulled double duty and does the art as well with Luigi Anderson taking care of the colors. The book has a similar look to the other pieces Zahler created like Love and Capes and Long Distance. Though the style is similar to what he has done before, the characters designs are new for this project and do not look like any of the other characters he has introduced in the past. It goes to show Zahler still has as few tricks up his sleeve as a creator.

Character are pushed to the limit but still showcase hints of a plot to be addressed at a later date.

Tony's world is crumbling around him and it's very entertaining to read.

An era of Iron Man comes to an end but what an incredible ending it is.

A great anniversary issue but not a good time for new fans to start reading.

Reunions all around and few of them are happy. Most are violent, intense, and worth the time to pick up and read.

Given how much built up to the battle next issue there is if someone in the main cast doesnt die it's going to feel a bit of a let down. Still, the way things are set up, it's a guarantee the fans will lose a member of the cast they have come to love. Ready the handkerchiefs everyone as next month heroes maybe lost.

The team of Milne and Roberts once again delivers an intense, emotional, and well crafted comic. Now all they need to do is wrap up the battle and see where the warriors will go from here. Frankly, after a battle this draining it won't be easy to simply get back in their ship and go about their merry way. Especially since the ship is still in someone else's possession.

The series continues to be one of the best Transformers comics ever. Just as it seems like you know where the plot is going, a door opens, and something you never thought would happening occurs. Its a wild ride which fans need to take part in.

The issue is still good and helping to move the story of All Hail Optimus forward but it's not without its problems here and there. The aftermath will be very interesting. Starscream has succeeded in making Optimus Prime look foolish to the public and the human of Earth have really caught him at a bad time. Its starting to look like even if Optimus wins he may come out a loser.

Between the shift in the art team and the new revelation which this issue drops, this book is definitely one fans will want to check out. The All Hail Optimus story line just hit its peak and what a peak it is.

This arc started slow but the last two issues have really helped to cement the importance of it in the overall story. Things will be different from here on out for the Transformers and humanity. They will most likely be explored in the Optimus Prime series which will be out later this year. With any luck, he will hopefully have more going for him than just be a stalwart symbol and actually have a bit more fun. Even Megatron now gets entertaining moments with the crew of the Lost Light.

The good use of the crossover while still progressing the plot from previous issues makes the book really stand out. It will be interesting to see where they take the plot from here and how the overall Transformers series will be affected when everything is over.

Once again, Nick Roche has shown the tough side of the Transformers Universe and created a series which fans will want to to check out. If anyone ever needed proper evidence to show what stories the Transformers Comics are capable of telling look no further than Sins of the Wreckers, a series which was able to impact you in ways which will leave you gasping for air when it's all over.

The third installment of the Transformer comics has a slow start but has potential to tell some great stories. If it follows the pattern which has been happening lately, this first issue will be bit slower but will be saved by a fantastic second issue. This has been a trend with many books from IDW Publishing. So here's hoping this series will kick into gear with the next issue.

The second issue cements the set up for where this new series is going. It will be more character driven and focus on just daily life on an alien planet. Given the moving and heartwarming or even bitter and sad stories which have been told in Transformers comics over time this new series could surprise many with the stories it will tell in the future. For now though, the story line with Ironhide investigating a conspiracy is perfect for the time being and will have many waiting eagerly for the next issue.

Great bits of character intrigue, development, and subtle world building as Starscream works to keep his world from falling into pieces all expressed through fantastic art. This new side of Blast Off will also have a lot of fans curious how events unfold in the future. This book succeeds in showing the fascinating life of the Cybertron side of the Transformers universe. More issues of the series should strive to hit this level of performance.

The attempt to flush out Dick Dastardly as a character is the best part of this issue. With any hope future issues will showcase just as much interesting origin stories behind the characters in the grittier, and violent world they live in and what makes them tick. It's good to know its going to be more than simply "You get into Utopia" as what is motivating everyone to race.

Wacky Raceland has been an interesting read in previous issues, but this is the first one to come along which isn't at least above average. It leaves the reader to questions how long the formula of "race with a flashback mixed in" will continue. Somehow it feels liked the first major story arc may be needed instead.

There doesnt seem to be any mention of issue seven anywhere on DCs website. Hopefully they just havent taken the time to update it as of yet and the series hasnt been cancelled. With all thathas been set up in this issue, issue six will show if this series will be worth checking out, or if it will crash and burn off the track.
