Rook is in charge of the corn fields, and crows are his animals to control.

But something happened on the planet Exodus. The terraforming machine (WORLD ENGINE) is failing, and an environmental catastrophe is unfolding. The planet is becoming uninhabitable, with little water and food scarce. Meanwhile, the wildlife is undergoing mutations that make them dangerous. Those who control it now have immeasurable power.

Rook is about to finish his ship to leave Exodus, but he has little time left, and the current situation is complex, with little food for him and his crows, not to mention the fact that he could fall prey to anyone who wants to take his ship.

Rook seeks out his friend Swine to accompany him to escape Exodus, but Swine's helmet has stopped emitting signals. That's when a Guardian named Dire Wolf appears, explaining that Swine was murdered and his helmet stolen.

He is currently attacking both of them with giant bears. URSAW wants to have all the Wardens' helmets so they can control all wildlife and the planet.

The analogy, where those who control the helmets become cruel predators like the animals they control, is a kind of psychological synergy.
This series is mind-blowing; it's a mix of John Carter from Mars and Jurassic Park, with epic and biblical scales.

The story takes place in the future and is told in three subplots that connect later, filled with mysteries, conspiracy theories, and crime investigations:

The first subplot highlights the fact that planet Earth is collapsing, requiring the delimitation of certain zones called "DEATH ZONES," places where human life is impossible due to the high level of toxicity in general. The entire planet will inevitably transform into a toxic zone, marking the imminent end of humanity. People are sent to this place to try to stop and solve this environmental degradation, but they eventually die.

The second subplot explains the emergence of a new technology where human neurons have been connected to computers, creating the ability to regenerate all types of organs and tissues, which is an impressive advance in medicine. But every technological advance also becomes an opportunity to pervert it, as the mysterious Hernando is doing, who is beginning to create complete synthetic humans from a single neuron. Carrie-Ann, the pioneer of this technology, knows what Hernando is doing.

The third subplot shows how Detective Nick Ellis investigates the sale of memories on the black market. People desperate to live, but knowing the planet has months left, want to experience things they'll surely never be able to. Loading so many of other people's memories is turning what's left of humanity into junkies addicted to other people's memories, who, by abusing them, end up becoming the implanted synthetic memories themselves.

This comic has a striking premise with powerful narrative depth, whose solid foundations are supported by science fiction, dystopian futures, medical technology, and social psychology.

Robowolf, Susuki, Vinny, and Lance face Nick, a crazed killer with chainsaws implanted in his arms. He bears a resemblance to the ultimate villain of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, but this version is cruel.

Nick and Robowolf have deeply connected origin stories; they were both best friends and mercenaries under the command of General Masakov, who ordered them to save hostages trapped in a jungle and then eliminate them. This sequence pays homage to Predator, even including a scene where the two bodybuilders' toned arms clasp each other.

It is during this mission that Robowolf loses an arm and the ABRAXAS INDUSTRIES corporation experiments on him, fitting him with organs, limbs, and other bionic devices.

While Robowolf tries to stop Nick, Susuki, Vinny, and Lance face off against the Flesh-Heads, green mutants that resemble slimes. Susuki devises a plan, and Lance manages to hack Nick and uses him to massacre all the Flesh-Heads.

Time is running out for Robowolf to deliver the promised money to General Masakov for the release of his daughter, Lindsey. He has eight hours left and many unknown enemies.

This comic is exaggeratedly shocking in its ultraviolent, darkly humorous narrative, where it mixes anthropomorphic animals with 1980s robotic technology in a brilliantly creative chaos, where you feel all this neon-filled pop culture leaping from every page directly into your psyche.

It's detailed with great care to highlight facial expressions as well as exaggerated anatomy, filled with retro-futuristic science fiction elements. It's a visual delight, at times reminiscent of the tone of The Garbage Pail Kids cards, a cultural icon of the mid-1980s, but adapts it to its own powerful artistic imprint with all those dizzying visual sequences.

In 1880, Walter Whittier's family contacted Captain Henry Whittier to help them rescue Walter's tormented spirit from a stuffed polar bear. Walter died from the fear of a dragon that haunted his nightmares.

Manford Jamison, the deceased brother of Walter Whittier's wife, created a diving-style suit that allowed him to travel to limbo, a place between life and death. He used an electrified bar called the Jamison Rod to help spirits react and complete their journey to the afterlife. No one had ever tried this equipment, so Henry offered.

This suit used cutting-edge technology from that century, combining electricity, vacuum tubes, and steam to send a person exploring this spiritual ocean. Inside the suit, Henry was able to find himself in the same room but on another plane.

But in this place, Henry encounters the dragon/serpent that Walter feared so much. He confronts it, and a malfunction in his equipment causes him to be transported physically, and he arrives in limbo, represented as a junkyard of the afterlife. Here, he is cornered by a metal being with a clockwork head.

A magnificent story that blends Victorian horror with steampunk and suspense.

Zach and Rose experience headaches and are apparently being controlled to wake up on the subway and activate their powers.

Domino and Beezle's trap works, so federal agents arrive and arrest both parents for receiving dirty money.

The comic shows that the giant being HOLLOWED ONE has already awakened and claimed its first victims in the lake.

Watch out for a spectacular cameo by Hyde Street.

Alice is working on her artwork and can't get the idea out of her head, aside from the unpleasant sensation, so she visits Reed and asks him a hypothetical question: what would happen if she perceived something very different from everyone else's? Reed describes the psychological phenomenon called pareidolia, in which the brain interprets patterns or faces in ambiguous or random stimuli. However, since Alice can't see, this effect doesn't work for her. This creature controls pareidolia and makes everyone see something harmless that is actually a threat.

At night, Alice is trapped by "Jellybean." Reed becomes obsessed with what Alicia tells him and creates a team that eliminates a kind of pareidolia force field. Everyone reacts, and Ben discovers that Alicia is completely enveloped by this slimy, purple, tentacled being that isn't a dog.

The Fantastic Four discover that these beings have been in our world for months and have deceived millions of people. Reed expands the effect of his device, and these beings decide to retreat; their strategy of global control is discovered.

This issue has all the elements of a magnificent Fantastic Four comic: science fiction, suspense, horror, and teamwork.

Jean tries to stop the zombie massacres and meets Jessica Jones. She introduces her to Spider-Man, and the three enter a futuristic structure. There, they are transported to Battleworld, a world created by the Beyonder. This reimagines the Secret Wars event. On Battleworld, they encounter Captain America, Iron Man, Ultron, Doctor Octopus, She-Hulk, Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Jean Grey, and Spider-Man.

The Beyonder sends Captain America, Iron Man, Ultron, Doctor Octopus, She-Hulk, Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Jean Grey, and Spider-Man to Battleworld to fight the Frightful Four, the Hulk, Hawkeye, and Zombie Doctor Doom. The battles last for weeks, with losses on both sides.

Jean Grey is attacked by a horde. Captain America rescues her, but she's injured by zombies. Doctor Octopus is unable to stop the infection and uses his new invention, a high-energy incinerator. When he uses it on Jean, she awakens as a Phoenix!

The mystery of the starless sky still remains.

Wolverine is an important prize because he is difficult to kill and because they want to use his adamantium skeleton. This new story arc picks up where we left off almost a year ago, with Rook, Dire Wolf, and Carapace searching for Bloodhound, the warden who controls the wild dogs and who turns out to be Dire Wolf's father.

But Bloodhound has gone insane due to prolonged use of the helmet and is now a feral creature, yet his engineering knowledge could be the last hope for fixing the Exodus World Engine. Rook and Dire Wolf have separated their efforts.

Rook will continue recruiting wardens from other areas, such as the one who controls the goats. Since Carapace controls the Wildfire Grid, they can all communicate and thus unite their forces. Dire Wolf encounters her father, who is out of control and doesn't recognize her, but an explosion saves Dire Wolf from her father's attack; this was done by Arachnid, a warden seeking revenge.
