Great issue once again with this series. I wasn't incredibly into the Twilight Court here, but I still do find them intriguing. What really makes this issue for me, along with Villa's super solid art, is how MacKay continues to nail the characters. My only hope, for now, is that the Twilight Court gets more interesting sooner rather than later.

This issue is full of pleasant surprises. The rougher, looser art style suits my taste. Granted, it's less detailed, but I thought it was actually clearer and more dynamic. The author does a talented job of throwing most of the focus to the antagonists without making the Avengers feel sidelined. And they profit by the focus; the Twilight Court develops toward distinctiveness and interest. (They seem like a pack of horny teenagers in their relationships to each other--which is not necessarily a bad thing.)

I don't understand all the high ratings. This book is ok. I will say I do like Thor putting aside his pride when the rest of the Avengers so were prideful they would destroy themselves instead of helping their allies. Scarlet Witch and Vision were good but all in all this issue is just ok. I dont really feel anything for the antagonists. Just feel like generic back-story. This series really needs to pick it up or I will drop it if this arc doesnt go well.

You’re kidding me…a robot King Arther. Kinda noticeably rushed art in some moments. But really its a silly clusterfuck at this point.

I must have read a different book than everyone else. I am not liking this arc. Taking the Arthurian names and sticking them on gender-swapped sci-fi characters? Wow that's new and brave Jed McKay. You can't come up with original names? The entire issue is nothing but a single fight scene with no depth. The best part was Thor laughing and telling Nightmare that he won. I still hate Cap Marvel's new costume. The bottom line is that I just don't care. The worst emotion to illicit from your readers is apathy and that's where I am with this. Dropping this book.
