Stray Dogs #3 continues a series that is charming and thrilling. Full of foreboding and playfulness all wrapped in a cute package. It is not something to be slept on. The variant covers that are homages to horror movies are probably my favorite thing as I chuckle every time I see them. Read Full Review

I can only hope that no other dogs were harmed in the making of this storyline, but I have a feeling that this title will end up on Does the Dog Die website for a few incidents. I'm away to pick up the fourth issue and get it digested and reviewed ASAP. If you've missed this at your local shop put an order in for the TPB in a few weeks. Read Full Review

Forstner's beautiful art is a brilliant way to draw in the reader and distract from the danger of the plot. Everything looks great and the visuals do an amazing job of capturing the tension and emotion. Read Full Review

Stray Dogs #3 is a brilliant yet dark series, one that hasn't been afraid to take risks. While it is undoubtedly disturbing to see so many distressed dogs, I will admit that there is such a compelling nature to the narrative inside Stray Dogs. Read Full Review

    Lotusland Comics - Hank Rea

'Stray Dogs' continues to bring the chills in this seriously suspenseful mystery story. It's tense without being gratuitous and it's impossible not to root for the safety of these dogs. Their owner is a possible serial killer and every issue brings one shocking turn after another. It's one of this years' best thrillers and should not be slept on.   Read Full Review

The panels feel like a labor of love dedicated the Nine old Men, that used to draw some of Disney's best stuff during the Xerox Technology phase. The grungy look of the 101 Dalmatians is ever present with a mixture of straggly character lines and powdery backgrounds. Read Full Review
