Geek Dad - Ray Goldfield
Jan 28, 2026This is the kind of story that the Absolute Universe excels in taking familiar characters and taking away their safety net. You see what they're really made of when everything is on the table, and no one is safe. Read Full Review

Fanlight Zone - Ken M.
Jan 28, 2026A trip to the wild side leads to Wally West overcoming fear while all Hell was breaking loose on Earth. Lemire pushes the young Flash out of his comfort zone with the writing. Robles and Lucas keep panels moving with solid art, juggling the frantic pace. Great landing spot to hype up next chapter. Check it out! Read Full Review

Comic Watch - Jamison Nilsson
Jan 29, 2026Absolute Flash #11 is effective as a direct continuation to issue 10 but fails to answer any of the readers' questions regarding the experiments in Fort Fox or the nature of Wally Wests superpowers. The momentum of Jeff Lemires Absolute Flash storyline is beginning to slow despite nearly a dozen issues of building this far; this makes the issue into purely connective tissue for the previous issue and the next, which may alienate a number of current readers if it fails to deliver on any of the major plot threads that Lemire has set up in the course of a years worth of writing. Weird Science - Gabe Hernandez
Jan 28, 2026Absolute Flash #11 builds fascinating cosmological architecture while failing to secure basic narrative clarity in its climactic moments. The emotional work lands, and Lemire's commitment to character consequence resonates, but the issue sacrifices readability for atmosphere and expects readers to decode action sequences rather than follow them.
