A wonderful homage to classic Batman tales that show off the worlds greatest detective's skills. A one-off story that begs to be read multiple times.

Great issue intense writing and artwork. The creative team was clicking on all cylinders this issue. Loved the horror-esque vibe it gave off. Scott Snyder would be proud.

Instantly, one of my favorite issues in Tom King's run on Batman. This Booster Gold story arc is contained to this one series, but had a big event feel to it. Fantastic work all around by the creative team.

This Batman Elseworlds story has all the makings of an instant classic. So far, the story and the art are excellent.

This is the best issue of all the DC Comics/Looney Toons crossover specials. The creative team as a whole does a perfect job of blending these two worlds together, and leaves you wanting more. Batman/Elmer Fudd turned out to jot only be a good crossover, but a great Batman issue period.

This is a comic book to look out for. The character development is top notch and the world-building is exciting. Beautiful art, wonderful characters, and giant robots, there's not much more you can ask for in a comic.

With each issue that passes, I get more and more impressed by this creative team. This has been a great series and one I can't recommend enough. I wouldn't describe it as a manga, it definitely has its own style going on. And it's just great.

The issue takes you on an action-packed yet retrospective journey and ends with a shocking final few pages. This has been an excellent series, and this issue may be its best.

This anxiety filled child birth issue of Mister Mircle sucked me in from start to finish. It just casually takes readers through big event to big event. As with the previous issues, I can't wait to see what happens next.

What makes Mister Miracle such a special series is how emotionally resonant the story and its characters are. It takes you on a roller coaster of feelings and you fear for every drop but also look forward to what comes next. Two more issues left and you hope things are as uncertain as there were in issue #1. This whole time I've been sitting back and enjoying the ride, but I really don't want this to end.

The "Batman and Robin" series is the reason I fell in love with reading comics monthly, and this Nightwing storyline is the first true continuation of Grant Morrison's epic run. Tim Seeley has been the only writer to remember how strong a bond Dick and Damian had when they were Batman and Robin. I loved everything about this issue and could not be happier with Nightwing right now.

This series is action-packed and a ton of fun. This creative team just keeps on rolling, and show no signs of stopping. This issue may be setting up a tragic end for genius Bizarro, but I hope this continues a little more. A surprising but great semi-crossover.

It's hard to rate something so early in its run because so many things are purposely left undefined. But every box was checked for me and I'm completely sold on seeing what happens next. Redlands is creepy, beautiful, intriguing, and all kinds of messed up.

This was the most compelling issue of the mini-series so far. It touches on every storyline and keeps you interested with every page. The Ultron/Pym dinner party was intense and creepy. There's a lot of dialogue, but something about this issue is totally in my wheelhouse.

Coming from someone who isn't a big Conan reader, this crossover has been something special. Gail Simone is showing us why she's considered one of the best in this industry.

Epic, funny, and action-packed. Wonder Woman/Conan has everything you could possibly want in a comic book crossover and then some. Gail Simone and Aaron Lopresti are creating something special with this mini-series. One can only hope the success of this series leads to more issues.

Every issue of this series has been a blast and this one is no different. Wonder Woman/Conan is a journey you never want to end. It never disappoints.

Wonder Woman/Conan is as good as it gets for a crossover. This was a worthy ending to what has been an epic series. Gail Simone and Aaron Lopresti deserve a lot of credit for what they were able to do. From start to finish this was a must read.

An beautifully written and drawn annual. An emotional superhero love story. Tom King's one off issues are some of the best Batman stories ever told. And this definitely adds to that.

The Magic Order is seedy and twisted take on the fantasy genre that was sorely needed. Albany's story itself is the perfect metaphor for how Mark Millar is tearing down the uniformity we see in most stories revolving around magic. Issue #3 was everything it needed to be and has seemingly raised the stakes at the right time. I'd really like Albany to have a bit more complexity to her, but there isn't much to complain about. I just want to sit back and enjoy the show.

Fantastic first issue that seamlessly drops Diana into the world of Conan the Barbarian. A lot seems to happen, but it still felt like a quick read. Great art, and a great story worthy of these two iconic characters.

Going under the assumption that Brian Michael Bendis doesn't want to destroy everything we know and love about Superman, I don't think DC could have picked a better writer for the job. Every issue by Bendis has a weight to it that was simply missing from previous runs. Everything feels more important and problems seem larger. Between his classic take and Patrick Gleason's fantastic artwork, I could not be anymore happy with how Action Comics is being handled. It's nice feeling excited to read Superman comics again.

I think this current run has been incredible so far. Both the main title and Action Comics have been inspired by classic stories from the past, but have added a new twist to things. I don't want to see Lois and Clark have relationship problems as much as the next person, but it's important to let this creative team tell their whole story first before judging it. Superman is getting the Daredevil treatment where everything that could go wrong, will go wrong. So how will the most hopeful and inspirational superhero in comics deal with going through his own personal hell? I'm not sure, and in this issue, we got to see how he takes out his frustration. What I do know is that Bendis and Gleason have me excited to find out, and have me more invested in a Superman story than I've been in years.

I can't recall hating a first issue and then loving a second issue, quite like I did with Bane: Conquest. I hate to admit it because you shouldn't shove him into every story, but the inclusion of Batman made a world of difference here. Bane and Bruce Wayne bouncing off each other was done perfectly. A few hiccups aside, this series has a classic Batman feel to it, that I didn't know I needed till this second issue.

The world's finest double date is as charming and enjoyable as one might imagine it to be. Great art, and a incredibly fun story.

Epic battles with moments of reflection and love, this issue of Batman had it all. Tom King is really putting Batfans through a gauntlet of sweetness. Which should worry anyone familiar with his writing. He is an evil man and will rip out our heart at a moments notice.

Either way, this current storyline has gotten off to a great start. With an interesting story and gorgeous artwork, I can't wait for the next issue.

To use baseball terminology: Tom King and Lee Weeks are batting 1.000 together. Everything they've released has been a cut above the rest. We should take time to recognize that they seemingly bring the best out of each other, it's been a joy to read their work. This courtroom drama is the breath of fresh air that we needed following the heartbreaking #50 issue.

This story features a twisted origin story and some great art. Batman The Red Death succeeds in feeling more like a elseworld graphic novel than a ordinary and unnecessary tie-in, which is what most feel like unfortunately. You can keep up with the main series without it, but it's good enough that you'll regret not reading it.

This second issue wasn't as strong as the first, but this series is as good as any Batman comic book you can pickup right now. And that's with Scott Snyder and Tom King killing it on their respective books. Sean Murphy is not just giving us wonderful and timeless Batman artwork, but also a compelling Joker rehabilitation story to go with it.

zrael is the next team member to be highlighted, and his story arc kicks off with an exciting reveal. After the last issue I was a little worried about what was coming up in the series, but my worries have been put to rest.

All around great issue that was action-packed and featured great scenes between Batman and Zatanna. The art team that shines as well with this issue, shifting from a dark bloody battle into the bright heavenly mind of Azreal.

An exciting end to action packed story arc. Though the ending feels somewhat abrupt, emotionally it was very satisfying. The Detective Comics creative team has really turned out an excellent story arc worthy of Azrael.

This series has done a fantastic job of feeding readers a ton of information about each character without rushing the plot. It's a fresh original take on a genre of comic book that has been done a hundred times over. Each issue has left me wanting more.

A really fun retro style take on mech robots that has a ton of potential. Mech Cadet Yu tackles up a genre within comic books that has been begging to be explored.

Not as much action in this issue, but the characters and artwork always make this series an enjoyable read. This series just oozes potential.

A great cast of characters, a great story, and some fantastic art make Mister Miracle a must read for anyone that enjoys superhero comics but wants something different from the regular action fare. The trail of Scott Free took a turn I didn't expect, and will definitely have me tuned in for more.

Another captivating issue in this one of a kind series. How will Mister Miracle get out of dire situation? I don't know, but I'm excited to find out.

Nightwing storylines culminate into this single Dark Nights tie-in issue. It feels more like a must-read then any other side story I've ever read. Some big things are on the horizon for Batman's former protg. Plenty of action and exciting mysteries unfold, readers will get their fill.

DC Comics is really killing it with these elseworlds miniseries, shame they didn't bring back the label. Nightwing: The New Order should be on every comic book fans pull list. The creative team have really outdone themselves with this series.

Satisfying ending to what has been a great series. The creative team deliver some of their best work in their careers. An instant classic.

This issue was a blast and had a ton of great action. I'd still like to slow down and get to know each character a little better but this series has been a lot of fun to read. I expect big things from The Realm.

Still waiting to see what Genius Bizzaro is going to lead to, but this series continues to be an absolute joy to read. The Suicide Squad crossover was as funny and charming as you'd expect.

Outside of a few scenes that felt very soap opera-y(Cap and Sharon), this was a really fun issue. Probably the most interesting start to a Marvel event that I've read in a long while. The anger toward Captain America being a Hydra agent all along is understandable, but I actually look forward to seeing how this creative team makes it right. Marvel has my attention again, here's hoping they don't lose me halfway through like so many events have done in the past.

This issue does an amazing job of getting the reader invested in each storyline. Though lacking any big battles, Secret Empire #3 pushes every character in a direction that will no doubt converge as one. Seeing heroes become villains still isn't easy, but beautiful artwork and a compelling story make this a very interesting read.

There was lot to like about the first issue of this comic book series. For a horror-comedy it surprisingly doesn't seem to be content with giving readers a run of the mill "chosen one" monster hunter story. This series has a lot of potential to blowup.

Very strong first issue that sets up this series for success. Solid writing and excellent artwork, I'm ready to follow The Terrifics all around the multiverse.

Not a perfect ending to Everyone Loves Ivy, but definitely an interesting one. Great character work, and Mikel Janin can do no wrong. Very enjoyable issue.

This whole storyline was fun and it really let barely used, Cassandra Cain, shine. I think this put a lot of character back on track, and added some great lore to the world of Batman. My only problem is with how weak the League of Shadows turned out to be. This story become more about highlighting Cass and her relationship with Lady Shiva, but it killed some of the momentum the league had. Still, this issue had great art and a very good story. A must read for all Batman fans.

A throwback to a time when comics were more about sending characters on exciting adventures and less about pushing the next big company mandated event. Cool characters, interesting story, and artwork that fits the tone perfectly.

Perhaps I lucked out in not knowing what to expect from Generation Gone, because I had no expectations going into this and wound up liking it a lot. This turned out to be a very intriguing story about three people that just so happen to get powers. As long as you don't go into this expecting Power Rangers, you'll end up being very satisfied.

Not a ton of action in this series but plenty of confrontation. These characters are interesting and the story is thought-provoking. These issues go by so fast though, while certain aspects of the story feel underdeveloped. But this issue of a great series, that has plenty to say.

Intense issue that is packed with a lot of drama and a surprising amount of gore. Some characters still need to be fleshed out and others just need flesh, but this sci-fi melodrama is highly entertaining.

The lack of butt-talk was disconcerting, but this issue pulled through and gave a satisfying ending to a great story arc. Having Grayson meet his Spyral allies and go full on superhero/spy was a great decision. I'm ready to see what the future holds for Nightwing.

Julie Benson and Shawna Benson had one job: bring the Birds of Prey back together. They succeeded and did so with a very solid run. They should be applauded and DC has rightfully rewarded them with the Green Arrow series. Sad to see the Birds go, but when they return it will have this run to thank for setting them up.

A storyline moving along is always a good thing. Filled with some solid art and a few funny moments any Batfan will enjoy, this issue was a lot of fun.

A strong final issue to a great story arc. It falls apart some toward the end, but that doesn't take away from how great this story was. Tom King seems to have found his groove with Batman and isn't making a bad issue.

This issue will probably be brought up by Batman and Nightwing/Robin fans for years to come. It encapsulates everything their relationship should be at this point in their lives. Tom King seems to be getting better and better at deconstructing Batman as a human being.

Tropes aside, Batman Beyond #9 was a fun issue that saw the return of one of my favorite Robins. Great action scenes and beautiful art were the highlight, but by the end of the issue I was totally immersed into the story.

Great action, fantastic art, and a family drama between three Batmen made this a fun read. The only complaint is having to see one of your favorite characters become evil incarnate. Still, the build up of Terry McGinnis and Damian Wayne in these past few issues has been a joy to read.

Stephanie Brown and Clayface were put into focus this issue and really shined through. It was a very entertaining story with some solid art.

Competent villains are always more entertaining than the ones that just smash and wreak havoc. James Tynion has created a problem for the Bat-family that cuts to the very core of their existence. Wonderfully looking issue and some nice buildup in the story. Batman seems surprisingly lost though, like his mind is elsewhere. Too much cat on the brain perhaps.

There's a lot to digest in Eugenic #1, perhaps too much at times, but this is a bold first issue with a a great hook at the end. This first issue has built up a world that will touch upon interesting concepts of social commentary. In the wrong hands, this could be a controversial comic, but James Tynion seems to have an idea on how to tackle these sensitive issues.

Every story is moving along nicely, I just hope it doesn't linger in mystery too long because it can get scary on a grand scale quickly. Right now, Image Comics is publishing some of the best horror comics I ever read and Evolution is one of them.

This series has been a lot of fun and looks amazing. It has a few bumps in the road, but I'm enjoying it quite a bit. The comic features a great cast of characters but Zatanna shines in this issue. This was a much stronger second issue in my opinion.

Each story is fun while it lasts, unfortunately they don't last very long. Still, great artwork and a great read overall.

This seems like more a setup of what's to come, but it was still very entertaining. Doctor Hurt, Professor Pyg, and Deathwing all seem hellbent in making Nightwing's life a living hell. Considering the fact that DC Comics could only kill a single character off so many times before it sticks, the next issue should be very interesting.

This is one of my favorite Nightwing arcs that I had the pleasure of reading, and I have no problem admitting that I love it because Nightwing Must Die continues my favorite Batman story ever. Unfortunately, it didn't tie up many loose ends that it started in the previous issues. Though it lacks closure, it does show the strength of Nightwing, and leaves you wanting more.

This was an issue that does a great job of letting Dick Grayson's character shine through. With how beloved the Grayson series was, a Huntress and Nightwing team-up may just be what readers need right now. The ending hints at a superhero/spy thriller mashup that would be incredibly different and exciting.

This issue really breaks down Dick Grayson's motivations and super-powered conundrum. It gets to the point much faster than expected, which I suppose is better then never having one to begin with. But this creative team does an excellent job of world-building, it makes you want to spend time in it a little longer. Two issues in and this series is so good that it'll make you sad that there's only four more to go.

The big revelation wasn't executed to perfection, but this story continues to be thought-provoking and a lot of fun.

Really fun issue that explained some of the mysteries behind Oblivion Song, as well as set up some new ones. Great character development and storytelling by both the writer and artist. There's a lot to love about this new series.

The first issue of Pearl was surprisingly strong on character building, and light on story. It left it feeling a bit short, but it did its jump in getting me interested in each character. Brian Michael Bendis and Michael Gaydos are a super team all the way, and I'm down to read anything they work on. If you liked their run on Jessica Jones, then you're in for a treat. It has that same type of vibe while giving us something fresh and new. Much like Rick being sucked in by that tattoo, I can't help but want to learn more about this new leading lady.

More action than expected for this horror comic book and there is enough mystery and intrigue that will hook you back in for a second issue. There is no denying that this beautifully drawn comic series has a ton of potential.

A lot is left in the air after this issue, but the art is still fantastic and the plot is still interesting. The story keeps you guessing, and there is some very clever world-building going on.

I see a lot of low scores for this issue, but the complaints seem less to do with the quality of the comic book and more to do with the controversies in the story. I don't like what's going on in the story, but that's what makes it so entertaining. I can't imagine Marvel would be ok with tainting one of their most beloved and important heroes. True this issues was very dialogue heavy, but everything going on is fascinating. This is a hard read, but I think that's what it's meant to be. So far, I think this story has been pretty good.

A solid first issue for a fun all-ages Star Wars anthology series that will help flesh out our favorite characters from the universe.

This issue had some weird moments, some of which may be explained in later issues, but it was also a lot of fun. The ending was a great cliffhanger, but I was already sold on everything going on. There is so much to enjoy here, but more importantly, it has brought excitement back to the Superman series. Something that I feel has been missing for years now.

Trippy monster gods, cool artwork, and fun story make this a series worth checking out. So far Gravediggers Union is hitting all the right buttons.

Brian Michael Bendis gets off to a strong start with The Man of Steel. It was a lot off fun.

Perhaps the best issue since Rucka's run ended. Wonderful art, lots of action, and Diana finally having family to reach out to. Who knows what will become of Wknder Woman's brother, but the journey to get to him has been interesting.

The finale is still being built up, so it wasn't the most exciting issue. But it accomplished in truly defining Raptor's motivations, and setting the stage for each character.

This comic book is pretty much what you would expect and that's not a complaint. A solid set-up to what looks to be a fun series.

This comic book is doing justice to the story. The plot is intriguing and the artwork is great to look at, but unlike the upcoming television series, I don't know if this was totally necessary. It doesn't have as a unique reading experience to it as I had hoped it would. I just feel like I'm retreading old ground, but I do admit, I love retreading this ground. It's a great story, and I can't imagine anyone picking up this issue being too disappointed with their purchase.

Confusing personality swings and briefness aside, this was an entertaining issue. It sets up a really interesting next few issues, and with Tom King at the helm you know it's going to be good.

This was a good issue that was filled with a lot of sweet moments and beautiful artwork. Really, Jolle Jones has been a stellar addition to this creative team.

The storytelling wasn't as strong in this issue compared to the last. Some parts were just straight up confusing, including Booster's rambling. But it was successful in portraying his situation as a complete mess, and the ridiculousness of it all is highly entertaining. I love Elseworlds and time travel stories so I'm enjoying myself quite a bit, but this second issue was a bit choppy. Still, this is another good outing for this creative team.

Typically, you would want a first issue to give readers a bit more to chew on than Dread Gods #1 does. Still, knowing the premise going into it helps and this was an action packed start to a series that has quite a bit of potential.

A solid issue in an exciting new series. Evoltion #3 was clearly focused on setting up the horror show that will be coming each characters way very soon.

Mister Miracle #8 felt like an extension of the last issue, which hasn't been the case for this series up until this point. Still, that featured a lot of great moments spread throughout.

A fun comic book that has a lot of potential. A weak main protagonist does drag down the first issue, but the art and supporting cast more than makes up for him. Wasn't mind-blowing but was good enough to get me intrigued about the next two issues.

Only the start of the story, but it did a great job of setting up all the pieces for this arc. This looks like it's leading up to a pretty entertaining finale.

This was a really solid issue. The art was great, and Dick Grayson got to show off his detective skills. Not the most flashy issue, but an important one for the current Nightwing run.

If a Nightwing animated series existed, then this story would make a great episode. The ending is proof that this wasn't meant to take itself too seriously and was just to have fun with the character. I really liked it and I wouldn't be against reading more from this creative team.

It was great seeing a new take on the old Titans. Another good issue in this underrated miniseries. Though this issue slowed things down a bit, it's a damn shame more people aren't talking about The New Order. This is a classic that people will always reference when talking about best Nightwing runs.

There is a ton of action in this sci-fi fantasy series, and it gives you a lot to chew on in terms of story. Perhaps a little too much in one sitting. But this was an impactful issue that has me interested to see what comes next.

This was mostly setup for the big faceoff between the army of Qurac and the Amazons of Bana-Mighdall, but with how good this creative team is right now, it's hard not to get excited. Artemis is going to be put in a tough position, but luckily the Outlaws will be there to help. Also, I really love how they've built up the destructive force of the Bow of Ra, it's very powerful. Solid issue all around, with some interesting things to look forward to.

Some steam has been lost, but the characters and worldbuilding have been top notch. Redlands has been a really creepy and enjoyable comic book series. This issue continues that.

A bit confusing at times but packed with plenty of revelations. It doesn't feel as cohesive a story as the last issue, but it successfully moves the plot forward. Which is probably what readers want most.

There are pacing issues and they were exacerbated by the fact that this story was incredibly bleak. Because of that, the middle is tough to read. I will probably like Secret Empire #6 more than most though. It's a slog of an issue to get through, but I felt the payoff was very rewarding. Beautiful art and an exciting finish that you have to work to get to.

The Brave and the Bold: Batman and Wonder Woman #2 is one of the most beautiful comic books you can buy right now. It's a slow-burn fantasy that has a lot of fun with both characters in this unusual setting. This series doesn't mix folklore and superhero mythos quite as effortlessly as Sandman, none can, but it's a lot of fun.

Good art, likable characters, and a familiar but interesting concept for a new series. The Immortal Men get off to a solid start, but I just hope the creative team aspire to write more than the immortal X-Men.

The run is just getting started and it is already something Bendis should be proud of.

I don't expect much from these annual anthologies, but this one was really fun. Each story was different from the last, and I thought two of the four were excellent. A nice introduction to Wonder Woman for any new readers that want to pick something up after watching her upcoming movie.

Another solid issue from James Robinson, who is doing everything in his power to get us to care about this storyline. Though he still has a ways to go.

It wasn't the best Steve Trevor story ever made, but this issue will be an effective bridge for potential new readers who have seen the Wonder Woman movie. With that said, I think this was entertaining enough for old readers to enjoy as well. This issue accomplishes what it set out to do.

This would be a very fun read for any wrestling fan. This comic is at its best when it layers new interesting details on top of classic stories, or goes completely absurd like with New Day. It did have a few hiccups and retreaded old ground, but overall it was enjoyable.

By now, if you're still reading this series then you know exactly what to expect: Fun little stories that explore Barbara's relationships. Though it's not my favorite series, I feel like the Batgirl creative team always accomplishes what it sets out to do.

This Nightwing story finale felt more like a prologue than an ending. The things being setup look great, but it lacked closure so it felt anti-climactic. They are building an interesting world around Dick Grayson in Bludhaven, but I'm left wanting more.

Despite this issue being a little anticlimactic, it didn't ruin what has been a fantastic run for the current creative team. Scott Lobdell and Dexter Soy have done an amazing job since Rebirth. This issue is a solid read, and has an ending that probably plays better in a trade.

Gorgeous artwork and a final page with plenty of mystery to mull over. This issue was weird at times but has more to offer than meets the eye. Stories like this are what make reviewing single issues so difficult because we clearly don't have the full scope of things going on just yet. I didn't love this story arc, but there is a lot to like about this comic book.

On one you hand, you have a cryptic backstory for the main character and plot that both have a ton of potential. It also has an art team that is perfect for what this series is. But on the other hand, this first issue didn't get me to care enough about either the story or Barrett.

I have mixed feelings about this issue. On one hand, I like where this storyline might be headed, and on the other hand, I don't like how Stephanie Brown is being handled. Even so, seeing Spoiler take on a villain on her own, was fun to read.

If you're a fan of Dick and Wally then you may very well enjoy the hell out of this issue. It's nothing special, but the writer at least has fun with everyone's favorite two best friends in the DC universe. There is no real drama or sense of urgency outside of the opening sequence, but you'll be entertained.

Not the most mind blowing finale, but a solid ending and one that satisfies. For all the complaints that could be given to this run, it was still true to Nightwing and had top notch worldbuilding.

The art and plot were shaky, but this issue has a strong payoff. It gets who Wonder Woman is so right that you'll be willing to forgive some of its problems

Not the most exciting issue, but an interesting setup for some big things to come for Wonder Woman.

Her origin may got off to a rough start but Silver Swan turned out to be an interesting addition to the Wonder Woman lore. This issue had a decent finish and some lovely artwork. I just wish there was more consistency in this title.

This wasn't horrible by any means, but it did not live up to this creative teams past work. The retro art style was fantastic, the Bane action scenes were fun, and he makes for an interesting main character. There just wasn't much in this issue to excite me. As a reader, I wasn't given any reason to care about any of this. There was no drama. With that said, I have no doubt this creative team will deliver in future issues, they're too good not to.

A light-toned Batgirl ghost story could have worked very well. Unfortunately, this issue felt like an afterthought. Despite a rushed plot, the artwork was phenomenal and the overall story was fun if nothing else.

Not a bad issue by any means, but an uncharacteristic Batman and a dialogue hogging Joker took the air out of this issue's sails.

Because of the transition from New 52 to Rebirth, Dan Jurgens' job of taking Terry McGinnis on a new journey is a little tougher than one might expect. Still, I can't pretend that the current storyline is amazing. This issue wasn't awful by any means, but there's not much to be excited about in the world of Batman Beyond right now.

Even at its best all we could have expected from these crossovers were some lighthearted fun. For the most part that is what we got, but the use of death was hard to ignore. A lot of morbid situations were just laughed off by the characters and it felt weird because of it. This comic asked to be taken more seriously than it should have.

I think it's safe to say that James Tynion's Tec run has been a bit inconsistent. There have been a mixture of amazing action packed stories, and ones that feel like their just plodding along to nowhere. This issue feels like the latter, but there are enough Zatanna scenes to keep you entertained.

There is a lot of great things going on. Beautiful art and some exciting action, but I'm having difficulty investing in these new characters. A strong ending could change my outlook on the story arc as a whole, but for now it's been just solid.

A rough 2/3 of an issue, but the twist ending was a lot of fun. It put some worries to rest and sets up the next issue for a Jason origin story.

It's hard to get too excited about this issue, but we are starting to see what may have turned Jason to the man he is today. If nothing else the art is wonderful.

Mysterious, methodical, and creepy as hell, Gideon Falls is one of the most fascinating comic books on the shelf right now.
