Stephen Byrne's art is stupendous as always, and Russell can have witty moments when his self-righteousness doesn't get in the way. The message is a good one, but I'm tired of getting hit over the head with it repeatedly. I hope the next arc gets back to what we saw in issue one- namely more of the Twins' fish-out-of-water experiences, and less over-reaching social commentary.

A lot of girl drama/relationship issues bog down a story that's ok. I really think Alice comes across as a bitch when she sleeps with the green haired dude with gauges in his ears not because she's interested in him but because she wants to get back at her ex for cheating on her. Yes, I too have used Twitter. The comic raises some fair points but at the same time, the satire is tired and obvious. I can get this from any generic, forgettable Twitter rant. I'm coming in not having read the other issues but oh my god this just blatant liberal propaganda. They literally have a Muslim chick saying that the Muslims just want to be loved and accepted by the UK and if that would just happen and UK would be more tolerant than everyone would get along. Compared to Edge of Spider-verse #2, this issue falls completely flat. The art and colors are vibrant. The fight scenes and spectacular and the troll like humor at the expensive of the vulture is chuckle worthy. The problem is the vapid Mary Janes, the over extension of the writer in attempting to represent a generation he is clearly not in tune with and an overall lack of heart in the issue. havi Compared to Edge of Spider-verse #2, this issue falls completely flat. Well... You know, there are indie creators who might be inexperienced and mid, but they at least don't try to put a weight of a "creator of industry saving comic" title on their shoulders.
