Predator Kills the Marvel Universe #2 is violent, brutal, and will leave you feeling hopeless. The shock and awe of the brutal assault led by Kraven is here to shake up the Marvel Universe and making this a top issue of the year. Read Full Review

While Predator Kills the Marvel Universe #2 delivers shocking imagery, such as Magneto's gruesome death and expands the Predator threat to Earth's greatest heroes, the execution feels uneven. Read Full Review

After the extra-sized and excellent first issue, I was left wanting with the second chapter. While it has a few brutal shocks and some gorgeous panels, the rushed pace and uneven plotting keep it from hitting the same highs. It's too much setup and not enough Predator fights. Still, the setup for an extinction-level war means the next issue could swing the pendulum back in a big way. Read Full Review

Plot The events of this series take place after PREDATOR VS. SPIDER-MAN, with many things happening in parallel. -The King of the Yautja arrives with his ship and lands on the dark side of the Moon, and his son is the leader of this invasion. His name is Kraven, and he has weapons and armor made of vibranium that he stole from Wakanda, as he narrates. -Kraven continues to explain his strategy to the Yautja, with the Guardians of the Galaxy and Fantastic Four eliminated, their shields against alien attacks and the planet's brain removed. -The strategy is to attack the X-Men at Xavier's Mansion, where Magneto is their priority. Stopping him is paramount, as his power can control vibranium (Read PREDATOR VS. BLACK PANTHER.) -Krave more

The story continues to heat up, and it was not worth hoping that the predators would play fair. It's a pity to lose childhood heroes, but apparently that's the price of defeating an alien invasion.

This does what it says even if it doesn't really make sense for the hero's to be this dumb but whatever, for this to work I guess you have to throw the baby out with the bathwater so we can Game of Thrones things. The actions kinda cool but most of the killing is done with one panel and off screen so you get a jump scare but nothing much else. The art is really good. I'll finish it just to finish but mileage varies for sure.
