Avengers #32 picks back up with the fight between the Avengers, Kang the Conqueror and his horde of Marvel Zombies. While the heroes clashes with the super zombies are solid, its clear this was a fight that needed more than a couple issues. The comic does set up the return of some characters we thought were dead, but mileage will vary on who likes their return or not. Read Full Review

Plot Captain Marvel, Iron Man, Scarlet Witch, Vision, Captain America, and Black Panther try to stop Kang from triggering the lost moment, but the horde of zombies (Marvel Zombies) prevents them from launching a sufficiently powerful attack on Kang, not even Hyperion can. The X-Men are scattered across the globe, stopping threats detected by Impossible City, but suddenly, communications are cut off. Someone has accessed Impossible City's system. Black Panther devises a plan to activate an energy bomb to eliminate the entire zombie horde and attack Kang, but Kang is too powerful, recreating an even larger horde in seconds. However, just when all hope seems lost... Impossible City appears, with the entire Twilight Court. Kang's creatio ns recover their ship, which is actually called Camelot, and come to take revenge on their creator. An exciting installment with more revelations and twists, enriched by the continuity of other great Marvel events. Art With numerous textures that highlight the impressive details of this illustrator, the facial expressions are almost lifelike. The color palette works to accentuate all those textures. It's mesmerizing and magnificent. Summary Kang seems unstoppable; the Avengers need all the help they can get, and he's about to arrive. more

I feel like this is a run that is deeply imperfect, but is intriguing.It's almost paradoxical. It's also weirdly scattered. One could say that this arc is a fruit of a long planning, but i would say that it is a fruit of everything flaw of this run and for me it ends up feeling somewhat hollow.It's weird comics for sure, because it is neither plot driven,the plots are simplistic and everything even confusing explaned, like actually not much happens, but is neither character driven, because even if it has an understading on symbolical level of the characters they do not mold the plot that much or are developed. This is an issue after a whole issue that breaks the pace, an issue that even if i consider really good as a stand alone feels n ot in its right place and like it's own universe. And we are pretty much in the same place,where we've left for half an issue. What i am getting at is that we are spending too much time on useless battles and not progressing neither of the elements present here or not developing certain brushed plot points that are going to return, so this way they are not hitting. Now i like how the avengers managed to work as team, everybody filling up there role established in the first issue, that's how they made the bomb. Like look at their archetypes and you would see. This is a cool idea, Mckay gives each of them a defining role, which helps to understand and interpret the character. and they made the city, because people make the city like them, but they only modernized what it was the primary idea of the city of heroes. Like on symbolical level is great, nearly everything here is good on symbolical level, but the way it happens is so bare bones with so much over explaning the plot, with so bloated pace etc. This comics should be better than the sum of its moments. more
