Phil Jimenez has crafted a heartfelt and incredible story, giving us a deeper look into who Donna Troy is. We see her at her best, and her most painful tragedies shes endured. Annuals can be an excuse to sell an expensive book, but this is one of the best comics I’ve ever read. I wish other annals were given the amount of care this book was given. For anyone with any level of interest in Donna Troy should definitely this is easily a must read. Bonus, you don’t have to be reading the current to pick this up, it just adds a smidge more context. Very well done Phil Jimenez.

Fantastic one shot giving a solid history of Donna with amazing art. The whole father thing went on a little to long near the end but Jimenez's insanely adorable art of young Donna makes up for such a minor flaw.
