Wally also died in Titans 15 to 17 but was alive in issue 18 thanks to Wally West II.

Nov 28, 2018Like previous issues of late, the Titans shine when they find themselves in fish-out-of-water scenarios, and Titans #30 is no different. Read Full Review

Nov 29, 2018Maybe it's coincidental, but for me, the timing of Titans #30 made the story more meaningful. The surprising arrival of a Green Lantern, particularly Kyle Rayner, added to the issue's impact and enjoyment. Also, it felt like things were finally starting to look up after the culmination of issue-after-issue of bad news for the Titans. Read Full Review

Nov 30, 2018Overall I enjoyed Titans #30 and I'm glad that Donna has finally stepped up to lead this team. She truly deserves it and I hope she does well. I saw a hint of Wonder Woman in her with this issue and that is definitely a compliment. I'm eager to see how Kyle Rayner plays a role in our next issue as apparently he shows up to get our heroes off planet! I'm definitely hoping for a Green Lantern and Titans team up in the next issue! Nov 28, 2018There's still a lot of dangling plot threads here like Raven's soul self that need to be resolved, and the book will need a team we care about to drive those stories. Read Full Review

Dec 04, 2018Titans #30 is the shot of adrenaline that this series desperately needed. Dan Abnett did a great job developing each member of the Titans individual stories. All that development came together to make Donna Troy's rise as the leader of the team a memorable moment for the Titans. Ending things with Kyle Rayner's surprise and much needed appearance added the hook needed to create further interest in what is coming next. Read Full Review

Nov 28, 2018Our team goes through a bit of a therapy session in this issue and while it is far from the most exciting issue of this series, it leads to actual progress in this book which is what this book has been desperately needing. Read Full Review

Nov 28, 2018I usually enjoy Abnetts writing, and am still prepared to give him credit if this book ever decides to do a proper tie in and deal with the deaths of Roy and Wally. But it needs to happen. Ignoring it will not make it go away. Read Full Review

You Don't Read Comics - Sam Philpot
Dec 25, 2018As the Titans are marooned on a seemingly-barren planet, the only force driving the story is internal conflict between the team. While the story progress, it could be interesting to see how the Titans all grow as a team from this experience now that all of the secrets have been poured out. Though drama between the characters is a needed tool in stories, it being the only driving force for too long can get rather boring. Read Full Review

Batman-News - Daniel Cheeseman
Nov 29, 2018Abnett abruptly blows his subplots in the most skippable Titans story yet. If this is your first issue of Titans in a while, you might enjoy it; the action is cool, the team are finally frank with each other, and it's a handsomely drawn comic. Though for anyone who has been following the series, the aborted ideas, recycled affirmations and disappointing pay-offs will likely leave you somewhat bitter. Read Full Review
