This episode does a good job at presenting that struggle while also showing how their students are adapting to the situation. I am intrigued by the many collaborations that have been set into motion including young and mature. It will be interesting to see how this series proceeds from this point. Read Full Review

I'm going to miss this title when it ends. Hopefully, Sheridan will be able to pick up his story in the aftermath of Dark Crisis, which looks like it will have some major effects. And I am sure that Sheridan's plans for the Titans were part of the overall plan for the DCU. So, I doubt that Dark Crisis is going to derail those plans. The question is whether Sheridan will be the one to continue the story. I certainly hope so. Read Full Review

The rollout of War for Earth-3 has been enjoyable so far. Sheridan still creates a way for his favorite younger characters to take part in the war, which is somewhat concerning. At least this issue had a greater focus despite the shoddy treatment of the legacy Titans. Read Full Review

There's a new wrinkle in the War For Earth-3 from this book but besides adding some characters to fight against Amanda Waller going forward, this issue took forever to get at what it wanted to do and that felt like it was because the writer didn't know how to actually do it. Beyond the War For Earth-3 stuff though, this series continues to just get in its own way where it doesn't want to do anything other than Future State or Red X while a ton of new characters continue to feel underdeveloped. Ok read. It kinda goes nowhere but it’s not a full slog because the dialogue is so hideously funny. It’s as though Ed Wood himself was writing this.

this issue was just fine. It's cool seeing Teen Titans and Suicide Squad team up to take down Crime Syndicate, but it was just okay to be honest. Better than last issue for sure.

If only the purpose of the tie in was to explain that the whole Titans Academy story took place on another earth as I don't recognize these versions of the Titans.

Seriously, it is just keep getting worse. Now they are smashing two characters in to one for what reason? how is that going to benefit any storylines going forward.
