Readers will approach how Dan Slott’s script finely balances the transition from K.O. to Reign of the Superboys, without feeling like you missed a beat! Mar 20, 2026What it does have is the best older Jon Kent I have read since he got his own titles. It has young Jon. And it has really fantastic art, something I think that has been missing on this title too. I am thrilled Meyer is the regular artist here moving forward. Read Full Review

For now, Slott brings some genuine excitement for Jon Kent in the development of what we see transpire in Jon’s past as well as his future. Read Full Review

An entire issue calling Jon Kent a fraud? I liked that, lol. But seriously, my only curiosity is how DC is going to resolve this mess they created themselves.

Fun issue. Is there a clue in the title "The End of Jon Kent, SuperMAN? Might we actually get SuperBOY back? THAT would be awesome.

this issue was surprisingly good. I thought Dan Slott fell off, but maybe he wrote so much at Marvel that he wants to try new stuff at DC. Regardless, this was a great issue involving Jonathan Samuel Kent. I am interested to see how this goes
