This was average, but it's such a waste too. They basically made this another Hal Jordan book for the final arc, meaning that we really didn't get our last goodbyes with the Green Lanterns we've been focusing on for the majority of the run. Really enjoyed this whole issue. The twist/reveal was really interesting... but is also going to be really difficult to explain in a satisfying way. I'm interested to see if they can make it work in the final issue (and I hope they do).

Love this issue. Weeks and King pulled off the perfect epilogue to the wedding. To see Batman this way has really surprised me and I love what king is doing because we all can relate to this arc. Everyone has had there heart broken and has to find themselves all over again. So hats off to king he killed it.

WOW. I'm practically speechless. I think that was the most perfect issue of a Batman comic I've ever read in my life. That was a perfect comic book. I almost regret giving any other comic a 10 because if anything else got a 10 this issue deserves an 11. WOW.

i definitely enjoy Liam Sharp's art in this. i'm just coveting the idea of what could have been. at least we had gotten Grant and Quitely's JLA: Earth 2 a few years ago. that was amazing to see Frank Quitely drawing Kyle Rayner constructing those two giant hands clasping over the Crime Syndicate's Moon Base. SO awesome!! . . . . but Sharp is pretty good. my favorite work he did is the Death Dealer comics he did for Verotik. pretty sure i still have those in my collection . . . . somewhere. :-P
I LOVED EARTH 2! I'll have to check those other Liam Sharp comics out!
