Wooooow those Sorrentino action pages are gorgeous. The Carter and Capt. page is gorgeous and the Black Widow's last panel is so beautiful and tragic. The story was super strong. It is time to be ramping down and you see that things are in motion for that. You just don't know what is up with those dream sequence story line. But I'm sure it'll be explained soon. This was so bad. Widow got killed like an animal. Punisher working for HYDRA, unreadable fighting scenes (more particularly Frank vs. Nat) Captain America would not let Spidey beat him just like that, seeing Cap's shield break is not shocking anymore, Nadia says "The entire time she has been trying to prevent you from becoming a killer" even though she recreated the Red Room (and the Champions did This was so bad. Beautifully written and drawn story. For once Del Mundo's art fit into the Avenger story line.

First Mark Waid comic I don't "HATE!!!" in years. The art of Mike Del Mundo, no surprise here, is amazing.

Del Mundo makes Waid's beautiful story look amazing. I just wanted more.

This is definitely a series that is not afraid to do things different and take some chances. It makes it one of the more interesting titles to follow and one that I think will be talked about after it is really discovered. I loved the Ben Johnny grouping.

This event has it all. This issue delivers the twists and the answers to some of the mysteries but only builds other ones so it is perfect drama. The dialogue can be much for some but i thought it was outstanding especially in the Tony ans Steve scene where it hit me. There is tons of action too so it isn't just text box after another.

I really don't get the praise for this book. The art is, for the most part, terrible. The prose is pretty good but the story itself isn't very exciting. Spencer keeps pushing back answers for redundant narration of lost hope and distrust. The overall story has been stretched out for too many issues; I feel this would have been better suited for a 5/6-issue series rather than 12 (including #0 and I really don't get the praise for this book. Is it long???? YES!!!! Does it have pacing issues???? YES!!!!!!!!!!!! Is it a gosh darn good drama with twists??? YES!!!!! Spender brings it to you in this issue of Secret Empire. It gives you quick answers to questions that arose last issues (mainly surrounding B-Man and Odinson). It also gives light to the dome people and Black Widow. This is my favorite Marvel event in a long time

Yeah its still bad.

Pretty solid. Classic Deadpool mixed with Punisher. Honestly the best of both worlds and hopefullly one day they'll cross paths again.

Meh. What's going on? A hint would be nice.
