Issue 2 starts with a bang and ends with one. Love the reunion of all the Boys and Karnilla to help them out. But things can't always be what they seem and that's what makes this fun. In the end, even though this issue drags a bit, every series deserves a moment to slow down and set things up for the future. Aaron has certainly earned the readers patience with his storytelling, and, given the promising ending to this chapter, readers are in for a treat in the coming weeks. Thor #2 has a decent enough story still setting up the threats were dealing with alternating in just enough action to keep the book interesting.  If you're unfamiliar with the characters you may get more mileage out of this issue than I did, but if you have a history with the cast the exposition most likely wont do much for you.  The art style continues to baffle me as transitions, coloring choices, and character designs just aren't what I enjoy. Fun, humorous and wacky in a good way. Really enjoying the direction this has taken, very reminiscent of Thor: Ragnarok movie.

Thor 2 improves on an already good issue that was issue 1. I’m starting to get used to Del Mundo’s art even though Instill believe his art is not right for Thor. This issue skips the dilly dally that the first issue did with the Juggernaut fight and went right to business. The pacing is perfect as Thor and Loki arrive in Niffleheim. Aaron writes this like an actual War story as Thor, Loki, Blader, Tyr, Karnilla, and Thori plan a raid on a train owned by the invading Muspelheim. They raid the train for a weapon and they find Hela and Fenris. Anyways this issue was very exciting and I can’t wait for next issue

Story is good but the art is hurting this run. It’s atrocious. Pencils are weak and the colors are as if they chose from different shades of vomit.

The art in this issue is just so good, that coupled with the quality writing from Aaron make this a real good read. This issue mostly takes place in Hel and sets up a fair amount for the future of this series which I'm very excited for, love the Thor/Loki interactions in this issue and the interactions between Thor and everyone really. Solid second issue for this series.

The battlefield of Hel takes shape with a lot of thorny family connections. How awesome to see Karnilla kicking butt! This coasts easily to "good comic" territory for me but lodges there with no hope of going further. The art presents a lot of pretty panels, but the flow of the story is pretty rough, especially in the action scenes. Still eminently readable; the big plot wheels are grinding ominously forward.

Part two of thor and I didn't even care about one thing. I didn't understand why the hammer hit Thory & the goat but was for Thor. I was out with the fire monster thing. And the cliffhanger didn't give me the need for the next issue. Worth I didn't find the only part I loved in the first issue. The story about the future thor & his granddaughters. Cover - I like it and maybe in link 2/2 Writing - It's nether the thor or the aaron I like to read. 1/3 Arts - For once I with those who find Del Mundo hard to read & follow. Shame because I loved him on Westworld, Elektra or Waid's Avengers. 1/3 Feeling - It's not why I do usually, both for once I will try to pull back my sollicitation about issue 3. 0/2
