Isn't it always the way? You go to assassinate an emperor and he turns the tables, and suddenly this Very Simple Mission gets a whole lot more complicated. It's a good thing the Black Order is made up of professional killers who are no strangers to cellblocks. Otherwise they might even start worrying...

The Black Order #2 changed everything that you thought you knew about the direction that this series was taking. Once this team jumped into their mission, it was a steady rise in intensity, action, stakes, all leading to a decision that could elevate these five to a place where they have never been before. The only question is if they can see this plan through to the end, and if they are willing to defy the roles they are so accustomed to. Read Full Review

etween a galactic king who lacks even the simplest measure of compassion and a bunch of hilariously terribly named superheroes, The Black Order has plenty to make superhero readers laugh; it's the comic equivalent to that sarcastic goth kid in high school. Read Full Review

This issue is actually really funny. At the same time, though, the story itself is serious and could actually have lasting impacts on the Marvel universe. It's a fun read.

A crazy mixed bag of cosmic weirdness is always fun, even though it was a bit jumbled.

Never really cares about these characters, bought first issue on a whim but I've really been enjoying things. It gets a little convoluted at times but it's never less than entertaining.

I actually really enjoy this. I love bad guys, and this has the perfect mix of fun and serious, and I just had a nice time reading it.

Definitely an improvement over last issue but still a boring storyline with confusingly drawn yet beautiful fight sequences. I just don't care about these characters or their mission. The story is so generic that it's boring and their are definitely better comics out their worth your money

Though his name sounds at least as silly as those of this issue's new cosmic characters, Gabriel the Air-Walker is actually a deep cut from 70s Fantastic Four comics.
