As ever, Miles Morales: Spider-Man is one of Marvels best titles currently running. Its nice to see it reach a milestone, even if its a weirdly inflated one through Marvels Legacy numbering system.  Read Full Review

Miles Morales Spider-Man #10 is a remarkably ambitious issue in an already impressive series, exploring the consequences of Earth-616's merger with the Ultimate U with excellent precision. Read Full Review

The latest issue of Miles Morales: Spider-Man is a celebration of the character. Miles however, looks like he will be given another major test, as he must deal with the return of the Ultimate Green Goblin and the arrival of Ultimatum. Will Miles figure out Ultimatum and Green Goblin's agenda before they put their plan in place? Read Full Review

The trail leads Miles to come face to face with the Ultimate Universe's Green Goblin. However, it's strange that Miles doesn't remember who he is at first. They both go at it and what seems like could be a draw, ends up being a handicap match until someone steps on Miles. Someone who calls himself Ultimatum but has a face like Giant-Man. Ultimate Goblin makes for some great action by Javier Garron. I always liked the modern twist that the Ultimate universe had on some of the classic Marvel heroes and villains. It would be interesting to see if more characters from the Ultimate universe start popping up or what Miles reaction to them will be. Either way, something big is coming and Ahmed has plans for Miles. Read Full Review

While Spider-Man #10 doesn't quite justify its expanded page count or price, there's still plenty to like as there always is with this series. Read Full Review

Saladin is so good writing these Miles comics. Some nice moments and surprising twists, I can't wait to see what he has planned for us next. Garron is also very good with his art. And that Starling backstory was also a nice bonus.

This was a great issue. Ahmed really knows miles and incorporates new things but also is very ingrained with Miles history. I read the Miles annual that came out maybe a year ago? It gave miles almost new origin and I wonder if this will play into what Ahmed is doing. Its awesome to see spoiler be the villian. I can't wait to see what happens.

It's a pretty solid birthday celebration, including a nice bit of new character background -- a solid explanation for Miles having his mother's last name. And the current creative team plants its flag on plot points BM Bendis introduced in his post-Secret-Wars Miles comics. That ground's ripe for rehabilitation; Mr. Bendis was deep into "two weeks' notice" territory at that point, particularly in the tragic yank-around that was Spider-Men II. Wouldn't it have been cool to slide a caption in there tying Miles's hero-sabbatical to the nasty Mephisto-deal he went through in Champions? Ah, well, missed opportunity.

I liked this but I'm very hesitant about that ending after the travesty that was Spider-Men II.

Prelude: Apparantly it's the 250th issue of.... something. Presumably Miles' existence. Well, time to strap in and see how this one pans out. The Good: It's interesting that we have elements of the Ultimate Universe coming back. Starling origins were interesting. Like the family focus. The Bad: I never like it when comics give a sense of time in their issues. Usually ends up screwing up the perceived timeline up even further. There's some continuity issues within the whole Miles Morales aspect at the end but I'm sure it'll be explained so this is minor. Conclusion: An interesting start for this new part of Miles Morales' Spider-Man career but the timeline addition and some continuity problems do lose me a bit.
