May 19, 2023Downtrodden superheroes with a sci-fi western flavoring is the perfect space for the ‘Guardians Of The Galaxy' to call home, even if the heroes are near their breaking point. Plenty of bright character moments with rougher elements coming into play through the visuals & overall story make this second entry of the series pretty solid. Read Full Review

May 17, 2023Guardians of the Galaxy #2has a lot more to do and say than the first issue, making it a potentially stronger hook for those teetering after a good, albeit thin, first issue. May 18, 2023Guardians of the Galaxy #2 brings a new chapter in this space western style tale. Star Lord has the team try to play peacemakers but it blows up in their faces and action ensues. Ultimately, the comic is used to build up the danger of the impending “Grootfall” and hopefully the next issues follow through on it. Read Full Review

May 19, 2023Guardians of the Galaxy #2 is filled with excellent character-building and great art, but the plot is essentially a repeat of the first issue, and the big wow moment from #1 (Grootfall) gets no development at all. Read Full Review
