TEARS OF A CLOWN!
•  The Merc with the Mouth is having a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day.
•  Despite plenty of naturally occurring double entendres, crazy violence and adult situations, Deadpool just cannot get his mojo back.
•  Is Deadpool just having a bad day or is it something...more?

Black Nerd Problems - Khadjiah Johnson

    Nov 09, 2018

Sometimes sadness is jaunting, at times it feels out of place. Maybe the light does not always reflect the possibilities after sadness. It felt like what was going on right here, right now. Nothing else mattered but this illusion of being caged even in open spaces. Give me Deadpool in all of his existential crisis. In pain, without the dick jokes. In prime chaotic neutral. Give me Deadpool, even when Deadpool doesn't want to be Deadpool. Read Full Review

Stories about depression are rarely this much fun. There was an emotional honesty to this issue which shocked me, without reducing the quality of the humour. Read Full Review

    Comic Crusaders - David Howard

    Nov 13, 2018

This issue of Deadpool had laugh out loud moments and the cameo appearances were well done and top-notch. Although I have no complaints about the book, it earned a four for this simple reason; while it was funny and novel it was rather straightforward and lacked a surfeit of action and one liners. I need that in a Deadpool book for it to get above a four. However, for what the book presented it was very well done. I enjoyed seeing a day in the life of a despondent Deadpool and the ending of the book was on point and true to form for the Merc' With A Mouth. A worthy addition to the Deadpool collection and I look forward the his assault on the man in red next month. Read Full Review

    GWW - Nick Friar

Lastly, I like Scott Hepburn's style. It works well for Deadpool and his wackiness. But does Deadpool need to squint ever second he has his mask on? It's a small change, but one I would appreciate. Read Full Review
