May 13, 2024Saladin Ahmed continues to spin a pretty good story and the dialogue between Matt and Foggy when they have the meeting toward the end of the book is fantastic. It's helped by some great artwork specifically regarding Foggy's micro-expressions once he has heard Matt's story and is trying to process everything. The book ends on a fantastic cliffhanger in which Father Math will likely have a bit of explaining to do to one of the kids he looks after. Read Full Review

May 08, 2024Excellent fight choreography carries the issue as Bullseye squares up to the Daredevils. Punishment awaits as fists, feet, and faces all meet. The Sins take a breather in this issue as we get a reunion that long-time fans will enjoy. The issue is enjoyable overall, but it does feel a bit like a filler issue with how long this story arc has been. It is still worth picking up, but it does keep the wait lingering as answers and confrontations await. Read Full Review

Weird Science Marvel Comics - mrgabehernandez
May 09, 2024Daredevil #9 is a frustrating, unsatisfying issue. The Seven Deadly Sins storyline is on the back burner. Ahmed takes a few shortcuts to re-establish Matt's relationship with Foggy and make Kingpin a viable presence despite his activity with the X-Men. The whole series appears to be going nowhere fast when you consider all plots are on hold until the tie-ins with Blood Hunt finish, so the planning for this title is a mess. Read Full Review
