Plot This story goes back to 1873, where Simon stumbles upon a family of serial killers who murdered visitors they thought were an inn. Simon faces pure evil and his resurrection powers become the perfect weapon for revenge. This chapter is chilling, intense and exciting, revealing Simon's tough childhood and the appearance of a person from the future who needs his services, related to GEIGER. This series continues to analyze immortality from a nihilistic existential vision and continues to make Simon Pure an attractive and easily relatable character. Art Bryan Hitch offers his cinematic vision, where he directs mesmerizing action sequences and captures the details and tones of each era of yesteryear. The colors create the per fect atmosphere of a harsh post-war era. Summary Simon Pure faces psychopathic levels of cruelty that take him by surprise, but Simon is not easy to defeat. This comic is the most shocking of the entire saga so far. more

Good issue, but I wish Geoff Johns would learn to write a better German accent. It's not "de" but "ze". Most Germans substitute "th" with a sharp or soft "s" sound, not with a "d" sound. For the same reason "nothing" should be "nossing". If someone can't pronounce the "th" in "the", they also can't pronounce it in "nothing". Germans know how to say "yes", "and" and "my". Those are the first words one learns when learning English. To consistently have a character say "ja", "und" and "mein" is just the laziest way to show that they are German. Germans just don't do that, because those are the easiest words to remember. You're welcome!
