END OF STORY ARC

THE NORTHERNER: DEAD AMERICA, PART 2 The mysterious Northerner can't explain how he's been torn from the Civil War and dropped into the wasteland after the Unknown War-and the last man willing to guide him is Tariq Geiger, the Glowing Man. But as enemies close in, and old ghosts resurface, the Northerner's arrival may be more dangerous than anyone realizes.

Geiger #21 perfectly set up what’s to come. Some bits we knew, and others we didn’t, and I can’t wait to see what pans out. While you should dive into all that Ghost Machine has to offer, you should absolutely pick up Geiger. I have a feeling the Glowing Man’s world is about to get a lot bigger, and a lot more fun. Geiger has been a consistent must-read since its start and has lost none of its shine. There’s still time to catch up on one of comics’ best titles to take in what’s been an epic, satisfying journey. Read Full Review

Geiger #21 what this issue lacks in action, it more than makes up for in great storytelling. The back story coupled with the slow reveals and teases keep the reader engaged for the entire issue. This issue is warming the reader up for the bigger crossover that is on its way. With the crossover heating up, this is the perfect time to give this series a chance if you haven’t already. This should make your Pull List for sure. Read Full Review

You Don't Read Comics - Russ Bickerstaff

    Feb 11, 2026

Johns and Frank do a really good job of drawing of The Unnamed universe together in a way that feels interesting. There might be aspects of the universe that don't necessarily seem all that interesting to every single reader. It is kind of a wide range of different genres that are being brought into play that aren't necessarily universally loved. However, this particular issue makes the entire universe seem that much more interesting. Those who might be a little bit more interested in Geiger than...say...Redcoat might find themselves a little bit more interested in that series having read this issue. And that's really the ideal for any crossover of this sort. It's cleverly composed stuff. Read Full Review

    Comical Opinions - Gabriel Hernandez

    Feb 11, 2026

GEIGER #21 reads like a well drawn briefing for the next phase of the series, not a barnburner you press into a friend’s hands and say “you have to read this now.” If you are already locked into the Unnamed line and enjoy tracking every breadcrumb of the Unknown War, this issue earns its slot in your pull, especially for the tank interior and Malcolm’s expanded backstory. If your comic budget is tight and you buy based on single issue payoff, you could skim this on a shelf, note the key reveals, and wait to grab it in a collected edition where the slow burn pacing will feel less like a drag. Plot This mysterious Nazi German tank appears out of nowhere and eliminates the remaining highway robbers. Upon inspecting its interior, they discover it's upholstered in the utmost comfort, like a 1960s car, with seats bearing the names Mr. North (Malcolm North/The Northerner—we finally learn his name), Mr. Pure (Redcoat), Mr. Geiger, and Ms. Hollow, a name none of them recognize. A calendar is also found, dated August 1936...??. Each seat contains personal items belonging to one of these soldiers from different eras, such as photos of Geiger with his family. The Northerner explains how his time travel has worked since he was recruited in 1964 by a woman from the Department of Historical Preservation. She never gives him precise inform more

I'm not like this src as much as some of the others. I understand why they left the knight behind, but something is missing without him. Of course, with the entry of time travel, everything about the Geiger universe is altered. Let's see where all of this goes. My Review Channel - https://youtu.be/6fuJHwqbeJE
