I didn't love this issue although I feel like I should have. But I'm not invested in these events. Part of that is because of the art. I can't see Diana's hardship the way I would like to and that takes a lot of the power away. I'm told she looks like hell but she looks fine. Another part of it is that I'm still not sure about the death of love taking away Diana's powers. That threw me off at the end of the last issue and I'm still unsure about that choice. Prelude: I haven't been enjoying Wilson's run on Wonder Woman nor Year of the Villain either. Combine the two and what do you get? The Good: I love (ha) the fallout from the last couple of issues and what love means to society as a whole. Great art in this issue as well. The Bad: Doesn't Cheetah already have the Void Wind from Drowned Earth/Graveyard of the Gods? There's no need for the Godkiller then since it fulfils the same purpose. Conclusion: While this story may not make the most sense due to very recent continuity, this is at least a pass grade from me. The topic is interesting enough backed up with some great art.
