Teen Titans #30

Teen Titans #30 is a wonderful conclusion to the Terminus Agenda arc. It closes up the Deathstroke threat, exposes the team to danger from within and begins the next exciting arc. Personally I can't wait to see how the team deal with this. The situation is not resolved by the time the issue ends. The team winds up distracted by a surprise guest appearance, which will continue in the next issue. I say its a surprise, though in truth Ive been waiting for it for quite a while now. Read Full Review

This issues represents the aftermath of The Terminus Agenda and its consequences for The Teen Titans. The most interesting battles come from inner conflict and disagreements among team members. This issue cleverly handles this dilemma and prompts readers to feel the weight of Damian's decisions. Overall, Teen Titans #30 is an extremely satisfying ending to the Terminus Agenda, but even more than that it is an exciting beginning to the next chapter for the Tenn Titans. This is an emotionally charged issue full of complex story beats and deep interpersonal elements. Teen Titans #30 bordered on perfection. The writing and visuals were all first rate, the pacing was fantastic, and the emotions, dram and tension led to some kick-ass action. If the story and art alone weren't enough to get heartbeats racing then the sudden appearance by a classic DC character (who had to appear in this book eventually) on the final page definitely set the tone and whetted the appetite for the next issue. Crush is more consistent and remains probably the most engaging character in the run, but the issue as a whole seems to be an unpleasant group therapy session until Crush loses her temper " just in time for dear old dad to show up for a brawl. Read Full Review

Considering that this issue is positioned as an epilogue to the crossover, the fact it doesn't end on something conclusive (or as conclusive as a serialised medium can provide) renders this half of the crossover a waste. Read Full Review

I loved the writing in this issue, the art went perfectly with it. The team is on the verge of breaking up (which I hope doesn't happen because I love this Team) because everyone has their own opinions about the hidden jail. Which I knew was going to happen eventually but the ending is what caught me off guard. It was the perfect segway into a whole nother chapter. Hopefully, this chapter will fix any broken bonds the team has.

Roundhouse is truly one of my favorite characters of this book! Great art and we get to see the team vent about their issues with each other. Highly recommend it to be, although wasn’t fan of that editors note in the beginning.
