Fanlight Zone - Ken M.
Mar 04, 2026The endgame is here for the JSA as the Ultra-Humanite makes his move!. Lemire unites the squad with a clever set-up. Guidry & Guerrero easily handle juggling the large case with quality moments. “Year One” has been a huge win thus far and looks to conclude on a strong note. Check it out. Read Full Review

Mar 04, 2026The parts of JSA 17 are greater than its sum. There’s a clear distinction between the past and present of these iconic characters - they feel familiar but act like young, naive versions of themselves. The art makes you feel like you’re looking at the past, and the story itself feels like what you want a fun, Golden Age conspiracy to be. All that said though, as we approach the final chapter it feels more like it’s going through the motions than fighting its way to the top of my read pile. Read Full Review

Almost perfect but had to knock off a point for reminding me that wildcat is dead and Rick and Jesse are separated.
